“Hunting around for this last minute Christmas gift for my granddaughter and I was searching high and low for boots and stumbled on this Amazing shop. Ordered them on line at 11:00 p.m. and picked up next day at noon. When ordering it asked if it was a gift and I checked "yes". I called next day to see if my purchase was ready and young lady on phone was so helpful and pleasant, saying "I look forward to seeing you soon ". What a welcoming conversation. I go in to pick up my purchase and she knew right away who I was and brought me out the most beautifully wrapped package with a big Christmas bow on it. I'm overwhelmed at how attentive they were to making my gift special. If you're looking for a one of a kind, top quality and impressive western article, then step inside this gem! “I've had almost entirely positive experience with this store. The clothing is of decent quality, the staff is helpful, the material is durable and it's stylish. My some complaint would be with the sizing.In recent years, Banana Republic has moved to vanity sizing. My pants, which are normally a 31 or 32, were 4 inches too large. I needed to purchase a 28, which is NOWHERE near my waist line.I really hope they stop this. BRING A TAPE MEASURE when you shop here!!”

“In regards to hat shaping.... HUNTER did an amazing job! I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hats. He does an amazing job and makes sure everything fits just right. He also spends a lot of time on it and will fix things that the average person will convince you is acceptable or things that you may not even notice is wrong. He does such a good job, I've bought hats at other boot barns just to bring them to him. Thanks again Hunter! Give that man a raise!”

“Every Friday I take my daughter and son to Yucaipa Ross. After a long hard week at school I always try to show my appreciation for my children's hard work and effort. My daughter whom is handicapped looks forward to every Friday because of this store and their employees. I cannot recommend this store and their staff enough. No matter my daughter's nuro difficulties the people here are always aiming to make my daughter's visit pleasant.”
“I've been going to this Gap Factory for years.They're located in the Mountain Grove, north side of the plaza in Redlands. Plenty of parking.The employees are always very helpful and courteous here. I always find something that I like, but usually wait for the item to go on sale. You have a 50/50 chance that you'll find your size when they do mark it down.”

This store carries all these things and more and they have great unique collectibles, clothing, souvenirs and niche tchotchkes! It is kind of like a PG version of Spencers Gifts.
