All of your signs state “any size big bulp”, yet your cashier told me to please the read the signs implying that I was only allowed use the size large big gulp, no larger or smaller for that matter. I was rudely told read the signs while they all state “any size big gulp”. Then I said ok, and proceeded to pour the contents of my original size cup into the “cashier allowed” size. She asks “what are you doing?” I explained that I’m gonna get the allowed size. It turned into an highly unnecessary thing. If you guys only want one size of big gulp sold, then change your false advertising from any size to only one size. Bad business.

The cashier was rude and unprofessional, he kept cutting off people talking. Highly unprofessional and rude would not come back.

This place is dirty, they always have classical music playing at a ridiculous noise level. I am aware they are trying to deter the unhoused near their but all they are doing is making me never want to shop there again. Do not buy “fresh” food from there.Update: I went by today and the music was off and the pizza looked more fresh than other times I had been there. I stop by there regularly so I’ll update.

Consistently bad, angry customer service. Tonight's cashier tried to overcharge me and when I called him on it I could see he had tried to do it in purpose. No apology. Then after giving me the proper change I asked for my bag. He then asked me for 10 cents. I understand this is a normal charge but he had already asked me if I wanted a bag and I had already said yes long before he finished the transaction. He bagged my stuff handed me the bag the guy next to me said I'll pay for your bag bro and I said you shouldn't have to pay for my bag this guy already tried to get me for $4 then there was a silence we both looked at the cashier he again, for a second time, did not apologize or say anything just reaffirming the fact that I know he did it on purpose. He then asked me for $0.10 again, I told him to eat me and left the store with my items.

Their pay by debit system went down. Had to wait to pay for my purchase poor customer service not friendly at all
