Bad experience, took me 2 days and 40 phone calls just to get proof of my insurance. People who works there are so lazy and will direct you to automated and it doesn’t help. Last lady I spoke to helped me within 2 mins. Again this is after 40 phone calls. Need to learn how to train employees better.

Worst experience three times at this branch.Just had spinal infusion surgery.Went to this branch with doctors note on April 18 2024 Thursday. Was told my temporary disable paper work was just too soon to file into thier system and to come back next Monday April 22 2024 and I don't even have to get down my car!! because of my surgery.Well went on Tuesday April 23 2024 at 5pm and my sister comes out of the branch saying thier system is down and they cannot give me my temporary disability parking placard becuse at 5pm they shut their systems computers down. Well today April 24 2024 I have my brother inlaw get down for me with all my appropriate paperwork and they still told him I had to get down to get my temporary place card even though on the phone explaining to the gentleman that the person who helped me twice said I didn't have to get down because I had major back surgery. The gentleman on the phone said sorry you must come inside to get your temporary disable person parking placard.So so dizzy walking into the facility that is not disabled friendly in my walker. Having been told you will have to wait, you are number two in line. Pain was so bad I started
Tearing up from the pain amd muscle spasm I was feeling.Been a member since 2004. I must say I have never experienced such bad customer service and having to wait for someone to type my paper work all over again even though it was in computer system since April 18 2024 was a terrible experience. I hope no one has to ever experience what I had to deal with.

Waited 25 minutes to see an agent to change policy. Saw another customer walk in and get hep l. He must of had the right look. Makes no sense or was it a 2pm lunch???????

Very bad experience when talking on the phone, they left me waiting for a long time and no one spoke Spanish. I made quite a few calls and they always left me waiting. In the end, someone answered me in English and it was difficult because I couldn't communicate well with them. I hope they improve the staff in Spanish and don't let them. so long waiting

When I went in 4;30 on a Friday they were not very busy nore helpful. It seemed the lady behind the counter was more interested in talking to her other employees than helping.

Been with this insurance for over 17yrs! I left about 4yrs ago. Your insurance prices/quotes or yearly fee keeps on rising! I kept my membership only! The branch itself sucks. Going in their is like going to dmv now haha. Theirs sum what of restrictions they have here that they can't do! only dmv can. Their towl services sucks as well. Even in town they will take about 1 to 2hrs to get to you! They have a contract with "MPD" merced police department! So when they call for a service towl they come in less then 30min. Oh wait, theirs a catch! "DO NOT" let MPD call Triple A to help you get your car towl or anything. They charge extra! About $300 to $500, thats how they got me. I told them I have Triple A service n they made the call and I got hit with the fee! Make sure you call yourself! Their two older ladies that works in the front where you pay for your tags ect, they both have bad attitude! Like if we knew what to do we wouldn't be asking you the question ect. Their very rude and im guessing they been their to long! Have a great day guys!! Do not get insurance here!!

Highly recommend using this team (specifically Danielle who assisted me in my homeowner and flood insurance).Maybe I am old school but loved talking to an actual person who explained my options.Danielle was also available through email to answer any additional questions and went above and beyond to explain my policy.Really nice to have a real person helping over just “signing up online”. AAA for the win with Danielle!

Excellent service from a gentleman, I do not use his name, but he treated us very well and the truth is that the prices with full coverage for all my cars and RVs were excellent, nothing to do with Allstate or others, they are very expensive and triple AAA gives you an excellent price and per year so I highly recommend them, you will really save a lot of money and I'm sorry for not remembering the name but it's a Latin man who served us, his office is at the back of the left side and I'll give him a name later so that So be more direct with the person who assisted us. Thank you AAA
