“This review is a bit overdue, but this location deserves the 5 stars for the great experience I had.
Back in April, I started looking around for a new car insurance carrier as my previous provider proved to be untrustworthy. I asked a few friends and family which insurance carrier they'd recommend and the common answer I received was State Farm.
I went into this location on April 29th with my partner and we were greeted and assisted by Claudia. Claudia is super kind and knowledgeable and she ensured that I got the best quote possible and broke down what my coverage and limits were in a way that I would understand. Whilst there, she started asking us how our day was and we had a little pleasant conversation. I consider myself a pretty shy person, but the way that Claudia speaks to you makes you feel like you're catching up with an old friend and I can tell she truly cares about helping people.
After she finished handing me my paperwork, she walked us out and introduced us to Jeanhel as we were about to leave. Jeanhel gave us a warm smile and wished us a great rest of our day and I remember I left smiling because of the great experience I had. I went from a carrier whose agents would give me glares anytime I walked into their office to finding a warm and welcoming environment where I know people are taken care of. Heck, I feel that folks who walk in are treated more like family than customers.
I highly recommend this location for your insurance needs whether you're already with State Farm or looking for a new provider.”
