This Bank of America sucks the manager, Christie or Christina. An older lady is so rude and needs to take a class on customer service. I really wish that they would learn how to deal with customers in a more polite way horrible service and I would give no stars if it was possible

Long line with only 2 tellers. Business line short line one teller. $8 fee to cash a Bank of America check if you have no account with the bank. In years past no fee.

As others have said, this bank does not have enough tellers. There were only three tellers and a huge long line. There was a man waiting in the business line and the teller there was just standing there looking busy but not helping any customers, and the man waited and waited before finally being called up by a different teller. So there were only two tellers now and a bunch of people in line, and the line wasn't moving fast at all. Also, there was a lady who walked someone to a teller in front of all the people in line who had been waiting so he could ask a question. Why shouldn't they have to wait their turn like everyone else?? When I finally got up to the front of the line, one of the tellers left his station and just walked toward the back and got on his phone, which left only one teller. I finally get up to a teller and explain that I want to get a cashier's check from my HELOC account and she tells me that isn't possible because I don't have a checking account there. What?? If I can use an ATM card to withdraw cash from my HELOC account, why can't I have a cashier's check? Makes zero sense. The manager came over and at first told me the same thing, but then said she knew a way around it and would get me the cashier's check. I had to pay $15 to get the cashier's check. As I was waiting for her to do that, she casually asks me what the money is for. Seriously? It's none of their business what it's for! I know she was probably just trying to make conversation, but next time maybe chat about the weather, don't ask a customer what the money they are withdrawing is for.

Waited 45 min to open 2 accounts..... Finally sat down with a banker told me to wait again because her appointment got there. Ask to make an appointment and yet there was nothing for tomorrow.

this bank sucks i have came more than a hand full and is always a big line an one teller the rest are walkyaround or acting like they doing something one of the manager the bald guy is fucken lazy doesn't want to help out the customers in line or tell the tellers to open up another window.

Ever time I come after work there are only 2 tellers and the lines are long. If they are only going to have 2 tellers the should close the business line!!! Every time I come inside I'm here for 30mins to a hour and if there are a lot of people in the business like I'm here after closing. I heard they have more tellers earlier in the day but they now a lot of people come after work which is around 3:30. This is crazy! I don't mind waiting in line but 2 tellers!!! Come on B OF A!

I absolutely hate Bank Of America. The lines they're always incredibly long. They have reduce the merchant windows hours. After 32 years I'll be closing my account.

S L O W. Lunchtime with 2 tellers. I'm 11th in line when I came in. 15 mins later I'm 6th in line. Tellers are very slow. I guess they do not care that their customers work and only have so much time to do their banking. Simply amazing at the lack of professionalism and customer concern and care. You would think as a long standing business B of A would be able to provide more tellers during the busier hours. I'm finding another bank.

This is an older bank for the area and although they maintain the building decently, the lobby and parking lot are very outdated. If the decor and design was relative to some historical time period as can be seen in landmark banks in bigger cities then it wouldn't be so much of an eyesore. Services are usually slower inside the lobby as opposed to visiting the ATM. The lines can begin to wrap around the building, especially when unemployment pays out through the Bank of America pre-paid cards every month.

This bank is the worst. Line is always so long. Customer service is horrible. I do not bank with this bank, but have employees that do and I hate coming here. Savannah one of the employees was rude. Due to the fact I did not know in what state my driver opened his account. His checks stated his address in Texas with no reference that he account was opened in New York. I never have a problem depositing in other banks like this. RIDICULOUS!!!!

How could the bank manager think it's acceptable to have so few employees working. Every single day they only have a few windows open there will be 50+ people In line and 3-4 people will be working. The manager of this business needs to be fired.The people here are very nice and I feel bad that the work for such a unprofessional business. From the other reviews it looks like this has been going on for a long time. If your a business do not bank here unless you like your time wasted everyday.
