They absolutely take the award for the worst service and employees (including the manager).My patience ran out thin, and I am done with them. How can an organization/ business sustain with such incompetence, utter disregard and disrespect for the customers? I would recommend Chase if you still want to go to the Big Banks, or other CUs in the area.0 stars really.

This Bank of America sucks the manager, Christie or Christina. An older lady is so rude and needs to take a class on customer service. I really wish that they would learn how to deal with customers in a more polite way horrible service and I would give no stars if it was possible

Long line with only 2 tellers. Business line short line one teller. $8 fee to cash a Bank of America check if you have no account with the bank. In years past no fee.

As others have said, this bank does not have enough tellers. There were only three tellers and a huge long line. There was a man waiting in the business line and the teller there was just standing there looking busy but not helping any customers, and the man waited and waited before finally being called up by a different teller. So there were only two tellers now and a bunch of people in line, and the line wasn't moving fast at all. Also, there was a lady who walked someone to a teller in front of all the people in line who had been waiting so he could ask a question. Why shouldn't they have to wait their turn like everyone else?? When I finally got up to the front of the line, one of the tellers left his station and just walked toward the back and got on his phone, which left only one teller. I finally get up to a teller and explain that I want to get a cashier's check from my HELOC account and she tells me that isn't possible because I don't have a checking account there. What?? If I can use an ATM card to withdraw cash from my HELOC account, why can't I have a cashier's check? Makes zero sense. The manager came over and at first told me the same thing, but then said she knew a way around it and would get me the cashier's check. I had to pay $15 to get the cashier's check. As I was waiting for her to do that, she casually asks me what the money is for. Seriously? It's none of their business what it's for! I know she was probably just trying to make conversation, but next time maybe chat about the weather, don't ask a customer what the money they are withdrawing is for.

Very disrespectful I been here couple times because I have 2 business account with bof one in Merced too I been there 3.30pm in business line here is 2 customers front of when she take both I’m waiting for my call then another customer come behind me he is Handicapped person she call first to that’s person I was that’s fine bcz he can’t stand I respect that’s when he done than I’m waiting for call and she left the counter at 3.43 pm than I ask can I deposit she didn’t give any response it’s happened with me 2 times this month I don’t know they don’t have respect for business account I decided change my acc to another bank hopefully you guys have respect for your customer specially on business counter

Waited 45 min to open 2 accounts..... Finally sat down with a banker told me to wait again because her appointment got there. Ask to make an appointment and yet there was nothing for tomorrow.

Unfortunately, the issue with having to wait an unnecessary amount of time to get to the teller continues. Two tellers and 23 customers are waiting in line. Unacceptable.

this bank sucks i have came more than a hand full and is always a big line an one teller the rest are walkyaround or acting like they doing something one of the manager the bald guy is fucken lazy doesn't want to help out the customers in line or tell the tellers to open up another window.

My honest opinion would be to avoid going inside. The line is so long all the time. They often only have one teller. Their employee shouldn’t have to handle the whole line.

No disrespect to any of the employees at this facility. The absolute longest lines at any bank I’ve ever seen. Usually, just one teller working. I use mobile banking as much as I can to avoid lines. What about elders with no smart phone or non English speaking clients?With this much business you would think to have more staff on hand.Read the reviews! The long lines have been a problem for 1 year+. Last month, I came in and the security told me there was no tellers working… what?!I feel bad for clients and I feel worse for employees having to deal with people who’ve been standing in line for 2 hours. What a shame. It’s a simple fix. Hire more bankers.BOA replying to people apologizing for years for something they can fix. I’m taking my business somewhere else. If I could leave negative stars, I would.
