On May 31st I placed an order. Which was deducted from my checking account, but the order was sent to a store an hour away from me. Bath and body works canceled the order after 5 days of not picking up the order, but still have yet to return my money.and online customer service doesn't help ... so sad they took my $46.00 and still have their products...

My daughter, myself and my grandkids went. There's something for everybody. Our big kid from deodorant candles, waxes everything beautiful. Stir wonderful atmosphere. Nice workers

I don't visit this location very often but after this visit today I can honestly say that this store is solid. I have come over the years and it's generally pretty good. They have a Nice selection of products and the associates here have always been friendly. I came right as they opened and they were so friendly. They didn't pressure me but they got to know me and I them. The sales are appealing, especially during the holidays. The store looked very neat and tidy but also fun and inviting. You really cannot go wrong shopping at this location. It's one of the more appealing places in the mall.

I went to bath and body works for the first time in a while and it’s a shame because I remember the employees used to be helpful and sweet. The whole time my mom and I were there the employees kept on staring at us and making it obvious that they thought we were stealing. It started to make me feel very uncomfortable and anxious since I hate when people assume I’m a thief. It was a red haired girl with glasses, a blonde girl, and a girl with arm tattoos. The girl at the register was very sweet and helpful so it’s sad that the other employees are making her look bad. Safe to say that this was definitely the last time we’ll be shopping there, very bad customer service, grow up ladies.
