Big 5 Sporting Goods is a huge, clean, traditional store with a great and broad selection of goods for sporting, team sports, fitness, camping, hunting, fishing, and winter and summer recreation. It offers a full-line product offering including athletic shoes, apparel, accessories, and outdoor and athletic equipment. The store provides excellent customer service, with helpful staff who will find what you need, check other locations, and give multiple options. Prices are very fair, and they stand by the products they sell. Customers highly recommend it for all sporting needs and note you can sign up for a discount.
I had the most pleasant experience with the manager Ashley. She was the one the other manager's said we needed to talk to about our return. Why it needed to be so difficult, I didn't understand but she took care of our return and we ended up buying a few more things on top of it!
