Annette and the team at Caliber Collision did an incredible job repairing my Mercedes. They took care of all of the tedious details with my insurance company, gave me a ride to pick up a rental car and texted me almost every other day letting me know exactly what stage of repair my car was in. True professionals. I highly recommend Annette and the team. Thank you again!

I do not recommend this body shop. The customer service is very unpleasant, and the quality of repair is weak. This team needs more training both in the office and the repair team.
The only person who is keeping this body shop going is the MANAGER, since he is more professional and provides good service, since I asked to speak with him due to poor service from his customerservice.

Paul literally made me feel safe and completely comfortable leaving my dream car with caliber collision hes very great customer service skills I will highly recommend this place the women at the front desk were great very polite fast and professional my mustang was rear ended and it looks brand new I can’t thank you all enough even the guys in the back smiled and waved as i parked and walked by such a friendly environment and that’s much needed as I was on edge after my accident Paul made everything smooth they even took my rental back this is a big deal for me my car is my life thank you so much for doing an amazing job here are some before and after pictures

Had a very uncomfortable experience last year. I was immediately treated dismissively and like I didn’t know what I was talking about from the beginning. I brushed that off. But then when I came in to pick up my vehicle I was cat called at in front of the business by the same individual. After having told me I had to pick up my car immediately I’m assuming so he could meet some deadline to get paid more… When he realized I was a returning customer you should have seen the look on his face after cat calling me. My car was still severely not fixed my steering wheel cut all the way right and had to take it back and a part on my car kept falling off when it wasn’t a problem at all before I brought it in. The same individual insisted it was from a previous accident even though I had never been in an accident prior. and all they could do was to temporarily fix it. This only was agreed upon when I brought my dad with me to get some kind of respect. By the time I got home the part fell off again and looking at it I realized it was only being held up by a couple of clips and several were still missing. I went to a different shop because I couldn’t stand the idea of going back. And the man that helped me had the audacity to text me and ask me to leave him a good review.
