Been storing at the Merced G St. property for a couple months now and it has been a great experience. The property is very clean and well kept. The manager Lorin is very helpful & answers all questions without hesitation. The sign up process was very easy because he takes the time to go over everything with you. I'll be recommending his property to my friends & family.

I had a great experience at Public Storage in Merced, thanks to Lorin. He was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did he take the time to explain everything clearly, but he also offered thoughtful recommendations that made choosing the right storage unit much easier.
Lorin’s insights showed he really knows the business and cares about his customers. He made sure I understood all my options and gave me confidence in my decision. It’s rare to find someone who combines both knowledge and genuine customer service, but Lorin does just that.

1st time using Public Storage and Lorin was friendly, and welcoming and super informative with all the details we needed. We got stuck inside the gate because we missed the code exit but he let us out. I recommend coming here for short or long term storage.

Very satisfied with the public storage I'm very comfortable with my property being safe and secure having Lauren and Chris around they're some great guys always smiling and willing to help if any questions they're always available to assist they're very friendly and courteous always trying to satisfy the customers great guys to have around💯.🫶🏿👍🏿✌🏿❤️
