Do not bank with chase!Employees are rude and have no personal knowledge!Only thing they are good at is using a calculator.Employee should be required to have some type of educational degree.How can you trust a clumsy employee from Merced with money ?They will make you feel uncomfortable.They are bad for businessThey will hold your money and make interest without your consent!Go to a credit union instead!Chase your employees are garbage and need some type of college education.

Every time I'm pestered while waiting in line what I need from the bank. Closed my account. Otherwise location is clean and safe.

Friendly helpful workers. A person was helping customers in line to see if she could help them use the new inside atm ? which gave more cash than the exterior machines.

They refuse to answer their phones, forcing you to go in person and wait for hours. I got one on accident as they were trying to call out, and accidentally answered my call. Set up an appointment after (i thought) we got all our ducks in a row. Then, despite documentation, they change their story and say they cant help you.

These 5 stars are specifically for Randall A. and Tammie F., Customer Service Reps at the Merced branch. Their extra effort and care took a nightmare situation (caused by Chase at the National level btw) and turned it into a success story. I cannot thank them enough. I felt heard, understood and cared for by these two. They are the epitome of what customer service should look like. A rare commodity these days.

I'm giving a FIVE STAR based on our banker Randall A. ...today he helped us OPEN a few new accounts with Chase Bank..We're NEW customers to Chase. Because of his EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS..And knowledge, we were able to complete everything we went in there for, and then some .Please acknowledge Randall Chase Bank..it's HARD to find EXCELLENT SERVICE like this. Very kind, understanding, compassionate, and he treated us like we were welcomed..Thank you again Randall..Hope you get a HUGE BONUS for your EXCELLENT WORK. And it was a tidious process, and he still smiled the WHOLE ENTIRE TIME..Excellent job

This branch like others are staffed by incompetent bankers. In fact, phone banking and online customer services are also of lowest quality in the industry. They don't even answer phone calls any more. Simple transactions with Chase could turn into a huge mess at the customer's expense, both in time and money wasting. I've lost trust and confidence in Chase because it has now abandoned high standard of service for cheap and incompetent employees. Above all, avoid getting service from any offshore call centers such as ones from the Philippines. They would make your life miserable by misinforming you or misleading you. Go else where for your banking because Chase can no longer be trusted!

So now today I'm having an issue with online depositing. For one the bankers at this location wanted to be dismissive towards me helping people behind me in line. RUDE. Then the supervisor for customer service told me they have zero control over the online system. It's just computers running the show and they have no control over mistakes their system makes. I've had nothing but problems with this bank. They are untrustworthy and do everything they can to NOT release YOUR money to you.

RUDE EMPLOYEES. They cited a company policy to not cash a check written from their bank due to a high amount (asinine rule as she could see the check was good when citing it but not my complaint here) I asked if there was anyway a manger could override and she very rudely just repeated its company policy and pushed the check back my way. No apologies for the inconvenience. Nothing. Stone faced, unapologetic and RUDE AF.

Chase,,, is a very secure bank, and they pride themselves on customer service. They are the WORST bank for customer service I've experienced in 45 years! 20 to 30 minutes just to reach a human? Standing in line for 25 minutes, waiting for one teller? 7, 8 people Standing around doing nothing, but they say they care about us? THEY CLEARLY DON'T

This bank will steal your money, and then blame it on your employer. They are lazy, rude, horrible workers. This bank is pathetic. There's a reason this bank has such bad reviews. The so called supervisor is useless. Stay away from this dump.

Absolutely horrible service. Went in because I had an appointment with Deep to set up a new business account. I arrived on time. First off, I had to remind him again who I was, clearly he had forgotten we had a scheduled appointment. He then proceeded to tell me that he was running behind and had to leave the branch to meet with another client. He assured me he would be back in 15 minutes tops. I didn’t mind waiting a bit. 40 minutes go by, and he hadn’t come back. I asked a teller if she can get an update from him. She eventually tells me that he said he’d be back in ten minutes and that if I would like to keep waiting or schedule another appointment. By this time it had been almost an hour, they should be embarrassed. Deep was completely unprofessional, like who actually forgets an appointment?! I will take my business elsewhere.
