Phil is a very fun guy to smoke with and he has the lowest prices I've ever seen in a cigar retailer. If you don't know what cigar to get, just ask him for a JFR Lunatic El Loco. Or if you want the closest thing you can get to a Cuban cigar, ask for a Partagas Black Label.

Great place to stop in for a premium cigar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good selection of both cigars and pipe tobacco; some of the stuff I've found here I rarely see at other shops. I drive 99 a lot and I try to stop here as often as I can.
