“I had such a great experience at Ross today! I stopped in last minute because I needed a dress for an event and didn’t have time to shop around. The customer service was wonderful from the moment I walked in—everyone was friendly, helpful, and patient while I looked through the racks. I ended up finding the perfect dress on clearance for only $24, which was an absolute steal! I couldn’t believe my luck. Thank you, Ross, for making a stressful, last-minute situation so easy.
