“While being in Merced with my niece and sister I had to stop by Bank Of America to get my banking needs done. I took my 4 year old niece in with me...as she wanted to come in. When we walked in the line was so LONG. So my niece and I proceeded to walk to the end of the line and wait. My niece who is an outgoing social bunny told me that there was too many people. I told her she wanted to come with me. She was such an Angel during the time spent here. Even though the line was long we managed to get through the line fairly quickly. As there was about 5 to 6 tellers at the window. This was probably the fastest in person banking experience ever especially since I had the little one with me. The customer service was great and I even changed my mind twice and amazed how Cool, Calm and Collected my bank teller was and even did it with a smile too. I had such a great experience here that I prefer to get my banking needs taken care of. I will be back if I'm in the area.”
