This place is horrible. Manager is rude and poor customer service. My first time in this store and not one staff informed me that no returns on shoes. I’ve always buy 7 1/2 shoe with no issues with other retailers. Didn’t realize that this cheap store sizes are way off. I brought my shoes back to exchange and was rudely told NO by the manager. Well I decided she could keep her shoes and take I’d donate my $12.00 loss back to her. She stated, “ I’ll just throw them away”. I’m sure she will resale for profit because it’s obvious they don’t care about good customer service.
I don’t recommend this store as customer service should be a priority.

Thank you for your response. While I understand policies vary, it’s the responsibility of staff to communicate them clearly and respectfully—especially when a purchase is final sale.
Dismissing a customer concern with a traffic ticket analogy is not only inappropriate but unprofessional. My review reflected a real experience with how I was treated, not just the policy. I hope your team takes this as an opportunity to improve both communication and customer service.
Fine example of how they truly show lack of professionalism and respect to customers. I recommend the Q store (across from Cozy Fox) as their customer services is definitely more professional.

My 14 year old daughter was making a purchase here today and both workers were rude and being judgemental towards her. My daughter asked politely if the fitting rooms were available and female worker tells her no they're closed hella rudely. So my daughter says ok and tried on the dress over her clothes in front of the mirror. Another female worker out of nowhere tells my daughter that the fitting room was closed when she was making her purchase. One of the workers kept rolling her eyes at her and wouldn't show her name badge when asked what her name was. Customer service here is unacceptable. These girls need more training obviously

Purchased wrong size pants, for my teenager. Never worn or washed. Absolutely nothing wrong with item!So I tried to return with original receipt within 3 days of. Purchase and management denied return or exchange due to tags being removed which I had in hand.Very POOR customer service. Will not return for more purchases. There are plenty of other stores with same styles and better loyal customer service!

Went to buy some bootcut jeans, Didn’t like how they looked so we went the next day to return. They said we couldn’t return because they didn’t have the tags they had never said that we needed the tags. I would recommend not going.

I took my daughter to that store to get a dress for her winter formal dance. The second we walked into the store i was being watched. The person at the front counter was watching me and then not soon after that the Boss was too.... every corner my dauther and I walked around i can feel the Boss watching me.. everytime we sat down so my daughter could try on shoes the boss lady walked by and looked right at us, up and down at what we had ... ( we had a purple dress ) that dress is what my daughter was going to buy...The whole time the boss lady she was texting on her phone and watching me.... shifting through clothes to make it like she wasn't watching me. So my daughter decided not to buy the dress because she noticed what the boss was doing too. I took the dress to the counter to "buy" it and the girl came to ring me out and i asked her who that lady was .. she said the boss... I told her to tell her boss that since she profiled me the whole time we were her she lost a sale. The girl turn her and put head down and said oh ok.

I get most of my business clothes here, great selections. Lately I have not found anything suitable because the dressing rooms were closed. I've been buying clothes and returning it. It has become a incovinience to me. The male owner however act kinda strange, when I walked through the entrance I saw the male owner align directly across from me on the other end of the room with his arms folded staring at me. It was awkward, so instead of walking his direction I moved over to the next aisle to the clothes by the wall and there he was directly across from me staring at me with his arms folded. I grabbed some lingerie and went into the dress room knowing he's outside of the dressing room. I understand that they have insecurities about people stealing in the store. I'm a regular and has never stolen anything. I feel insecure myself now too. Haha
