They try to scam you here into buying stuff you don't need. The sales person added an item to my sale, and lied to me and said it was free. Trying to lie to customers just to upsell. And will tell you all sales are final after you read the receipt that clearly says you paid extra for an unnecessary item. Never going there again. Smh

I went into the store to get information about switching over and the male rep that was there helped me out with that. He gave great customer service and explained to me all the plans cricket has to offer and also explained to me about the phone payment plan they have to offer.

I went in to buy a couple of phones and the male rep had no enthusiasm to sell me two iPhones so I went to AT&T and received top notch service and ended up buying 3 iPhone 13s and a 14 pro max. I recommend AT&T in Atwater where they do what it takes to please you Ana and her Manager are the best. I went with Cricket for 20yrs and nowadays AT&T can compete with the low prices and financing and a better network.

Be very careful when you go into this store and work with Destiny G. The representative, Destiny G, charged me for a plan feature (a protection plan) that I did not ask for or want. After we completed the purchase for two new phones, cases, and screen protectors, and she activated my phone, I received a text message from Cricket Protect. I asked her what this was, and she stated that it was a protection plan, and that it would look like my account got charged, but I wasn't really charged. I received my monthly bill, and it had increased by $16 due to her fraudulently placing a protection plan on my account without my express authorization. When I called Cricket Wireless, they stated they could not refund me the money. However, the did place a credit on my account after some hassle and back and forth with the representative.
