The store is a mess. Dirty, stained carpet, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. Run a vacuum!!

I am very pleased on the Cvs representative Pharmacy who waited on me. He was very polite, courteous, and patient asked me if I had any questions that I was nice.

I am always drawn to CVS. I go there for my meds, prescriptions, makeup and other things that keep my supply.

I’m so fortunate to have had Meley assist me at the drive through on May 14, 2024 at the CVS on Olive in Merced, California.
She clarified my prescription issues and saved me money She was patient and so helpful and made my experience at CVS one of the best ever picking up two of my medications. She is an asset to the store and a goodwill ambassador. Thank you Meley.

The pharmacy staff is sub par. There are a few great pharmacy techs, but I keep getting new people who don't seem to care about customer service. The Rx labels are unreliable. It may say you have 3 refills, but really there are NONE. Their automated system is stupid and tells you that you can pick up your refill at 1p.m., but when you show up for it, they tell you you were out of refills. This makes no sense when EVERY OTHER TIME you order a refill and there aren't refills, the same automated system tells you they will need to contact your prescriber. Every other Rx we have in this house counts down to zero (0) refills except my son's eye medication. When I suggested they let CVS corporate know there is a fault in there system, the super unhelpful pharmacy tech told me she'd give me the number so I can call and complain. I just pointed out a fault in the system to an employee and she wants me to report it? Do your job. F-

Booked a COVID-19 booster online. Showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early as requested. Waited in the pharmacy for 45 minutes only for the pharmacist to tell me he's "not vaccinating people under age 60". He literally just made up his own rules, disregarding CDCs guidance to boost everyone over 6 months old. What a waste of my time. I ultimately ended up getting it at Walgreens with no issue.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The pharmacist is completely unprofessional and rude. I sent my father in law to pick up my prescription since I’m sick with Covid. Mind you I’ve been in isolation and no one near me has been exposed. Hence why I sent my father in law to pick up my medication. I wouldn’t have sent him if I knew he was or potentially could have Covid. The pharmacist asked him why isn’t he wearing a mask. Masks aren’t mandated. He has no business asking anyone why they aren’t wearing a mask. The pharmacist doesn’t know if my father in law has a medical condition that makes it hard for him to breathe in a mask. That’s just completely rude. He acted like my FIL was infected and kept a distance. Please be more professional than that if you want to work in health care. If you are a freak/Karen about masks and Covid then how can you even handle having the job of a pharmacist where people who can be sick are constantly coming in contact with you? That makes no sense. Don’t take your frustration out on people over your own antics. Will definitely be reported to BBB since there are multiple complaints about this pharmacy

CVS on Yosemite Parkway is extra slow most of the time. Always understaffed. The drive thru is not working a lot and closed for lunch every day for a hour and a half. We need another Pharmacy on this side of town.

The new staff for 2023 is very diverse and very slow at their job. Come on down to this pharmacy if you like long ridiculous wait times. It's the worst!

The store itself is great. The pharmacy's customer service sucks. I've been on hold for almost an hour and a half, they never answer. At this point I'm just letting it go to see if anyone EVER answers.
