The only woman who I believe is the owner is amazing on doing the eyebrows I only go if she’s there. Because the younger girls messed me up one time but the older woman is good The way she does eyebrows is on point.

Eyebrow art in Merced is a blessing for us. Once I started going to them, never thought of going elsewhere. The owner is very kind, pleasant and professional, so are her employees. Rates are very genuine. I have seen them grow all because of their wonderful service.

5 star for the young lady morgan she takes her time and is very friendly! I always ask for her only. She brought my eyebrows back to life. The only person I trust with my brows ☺️

I usually go here and i get one of the younger ladies to always do mine well yesterday when I went with my sister in law a lady that wasn't the one who usually does mine was sitting down and it looked like she was just about to eat, she looked mad when we walked in and said ok go sit down and she did both mine and my sister in laws eyebrows in such a rush, she did each of us under like 2 mins she went super fast and messed our eyebrows up. i was very sad when I looked in the mirror my eyebrows one was super thin and one was thick, one was round and the other one is super arched... they do not look good :(

I’ve been having a bad experience with the older ladies who work here. They’re quick but leave my eyebrows patchy and I have to try and fix them at home.The greatest experience I’ve had has been with the young lady. She takes her time and trims your brows. I recommend her.Next time, I’ll wait to see her cuz today I left crying with disappointment.I also find it rude that the older ladies don’t give direction as to which chair to sit on and then they talk to each other because one doesn’t know where the you’re wanted.

I have been going here for several years, and a couple of weeks ago I went in about 3:45pm and two of the ladies were sitting in the back area eating, and they asked if I could come back in 15min. I told them no, I was on my way home and I asked if no one could help me, and they just looked at me, and said no. Made me a little upset, first off it was almost 4pm, if you're going take lunch or whatever, close for lunch, don't just be sitting there eating and be super rude and not help your customers. I will not be going back, be loyal to your customers and your customers will be loyal to you.

This place deserves a -0 stars for the poor customer service. Today the short (chubby) woman really pissed me off. She was extremely rude!! I went in for a brow clean up and then asked to get my lip done as well. She rolled her eyes as if it were an inconvenience, it's her job. She lost 2 customers today will NEVER come back to this place ever AGAIN!!!!
