what a horrible stadd. The young girl there didn't process my check. I had to pay my taxes and it never got documented. Now I am in screwed because of a careless mistake. Obviously they don't care. I have been a loyal member for over 20 years and they treat me like they can care less and make me feel like a second class citizen. This is not a good way to do business.

I've been a customer of Farmers Insurance Federal Credit Union for 40+ years. I can remember them approving a car loan for me when i was just newly working for Farmers. Then, when my son graduated from Pepperdine and had an employment letter from KPMG, a top 4 accounting firm, FIGFCU provided him with a car loan when nobody else would lend to him because he graduated from college and did not have sufficient credit history. Farmers Credit Union has been go to our family.

Had my account hacked and can never reach anyone except the answering service that their dial-in number sends calls to when they’re busy.

I wish everybody can experience the type of wonderful customer service and kindness that I received from Stephanie Bradley at your Merced Branch. She is extremely knowledgeable of the different types of services that you offer and took time to explain each one. If I could give their phone "customer service" agents a zero or negative stars, I absolutely would. I called in tonight 12/16 4+ times between around 8pm PST. The agent "Jordan" is the absolute WORST! Jordan is unprofessional, RUDE, disrespectful, and completely unhelpful. I am SHOCKED that I had to experience such terrible treatment from a customer service agent.My first call, I explained that I had a payment issue I wanted to resolve. Without warning, he forwarded my call to the main menu where I couldn't leave a voicemail for any specific department. I called back, thinking it was a tech issue and giving him the benefit of the doubt.My second call back, I explained we got disconnected. He took my callback # down in case we got disconnected. Well, we got disconnected. At this point I still think it's a tech/connection issue - fine.I request a THIRD call back. This is the part where Jordan demonstrates his rudeness and unprofessionalism. He calls me back and sees it's my number. I'm so glad the calls are recorded because he literally made a disgusted/annoyed "ugh" sound and forwarded my call. It brings me back to the main menu, unable to leave a voicemail, then, still on the call, I get an error that says the number is not valid or in service.I call back multiple times afterward and each time Jordan forwarded my calls to the main menu. and kept disconnecting my calls.
