This location cannot accept devices that are labeled with a lithium ion battery label. Not exactly their fault that they can't take it but it does seem kind of weird.

Went in to drop off a box of phones, lady told me I needed a lithium battery warning sign on the box. Okay, I went and got one on there. Following day I went back to ship it. A different lady says they can't take shipments with batteries... Why tell me I need a sign if you can't even take the items? Train your employees better.

Fedex sent me here to drop a package off and these people said they can't print a label for me and told me to go elsewhere. Will be reporting to FedEx as well.

I don't know why they have such low ratings... I went today expecting a terrible experience and had the complete opposite! The lady that helped me was so sweet and helpful. She helped me ship out my jewelry and helps me pack everything up correctly.
