I own Merced Yosemite Realty Property Management and Construction company. Today one of my guys went in there and bought a faucet, when I was called to provide payment information the employee began to speak profanity and insults directed at me to my employee. I speak Spanish and let him know I understood what was said, he paused and said "oh" then proceeded to be more polite but continued to pronounce my name wrong. Unfortunately can't say ill be directing any business here again.

Ferguson Plumbing Supply (Merced, CA,) is amazing. I was looking for a specific Price-Pfister ceramic shower valve cartridge that none of the local big box hardware stores seemed to carry (go figure). I called Ferguson, and they not only knew exactly which cartridge I was looking for, but they also had several in stock. When I arrived at Ferguson they had the cartridge waiting for me at the checkout counter. The price of the cartridge was even lower than the price at the big box store would have been, had they had the part in stock. Now that is what I call customer service. I definitely recommend Ferguson Plumbing Supply for all of your plumbing needs.

Every time I come here I'm greeted by Jose and Santiago. These two guys make the experience great. I'm new to the plumbing field and some places make you feel uncomfortable. Love coming to this place because how helpful these two are. I would recommend this business. The faces you see when you enter a business, is the face of that business to you. These two represent Ferguson's great. Thank you guys for all the help.
