Clients receive ashes in a box urn or picture urn, along with a paw print, a certificate in a soft leather-like sleeve, and other items, often more than expected. The location is noted as beautiful. The prices are repeatedly noted as exceptionally reasonable, very cheap, and affordable. While the staff can be momentarily overwhelmed, they work together as a team to complete the service efficiently. The experience leaves clients feeling they would definitely return for a next pet and would not regret coming even on the worst of days.
