I currently have an insurance claim opened with them since the beginning of January of 2024 after hitting an animal that did damage to my car. They still have not resolved my situation and I have been paying insurance and car payments on a vehicle that I do not have. They are still rejecting to cover all the damages done to my car. It has been the up most difficult to get a hold of anyone in claims and have them help you resolve this ongoing situation. I would not recommend getting my car insured through them. I have a bought me a new 2023 kia and I difficulty getting my vehicle fully covered. I went with them through recommendation but I would never recommend them to anyone ever again. I am extremely frustrated and do not understand why this is taking as long as it is when my autobody shop has been nothing but communicative with you.

After being a customer of theirs for over 10 years, their incompetent staff, in all their offices, finally made me give up, they come up w bogus claims of other people having access to your automobile, and they make you take time off your busy life, to walk into their facility to sign a waiver, if you don't, they harass you and threaten you that they will cancel your policy, well after putting up with them for so long, they can shove their policy up their a** I will look for another company that treats their customers like customers, I pay money for a service, they didn't do me any favors. If you can research them they totally suck, Texas based company in california, they should get their offices and keep them in Texas

Best price for car insurance!! So grateful for this place, wouldn't have insurance without them. Took little time and done. Love it ??

Tried to sell me a, insurance coverage, with tow, and uninsured license. Which, I didn't want. But was told, it's there new policy. Fyi. $100 for a tow. Anymore, you have to pay. Lol $100, what a joke.
