They didn't fix my check engine light issue and was charged almost $200.First initial call, I was told they'd do a full diagnose check and after 4-5 hrs later ALL they did was replaced the gas cap. Seriously?!!!If I can give a zero star I would.!!At the end I ended up getting a free reading at O'REILLYS and it turned out it was the EGR Valve!

My Car was STOLEN FROM them!I can't express how utterly dismayed and enraged I am by the experience I had at this mechanic shop. Not only did they fail to provide the service they were entrusted with, but they also managed to let my car get stolen right under their noses. The nightmare began when I took my car to this mechanic shop for what should have been a routine repair. Little did I know that it would turn into a disaster. Instead of receiving professional service, I was met with negligence and incompetence. The mechanics not only failed to fix the issue I brought the car in for but also somehow allowed it to be stolen from their premises. The fact that my car was stolen while in their care is inexcusable. A mechanic shop should be a place of trust and reliability, but this establishment shattered that trust entirely. I never thought I'd be writing a review about a stolen car due to a mechanic's irresponsibility.Dealing with the aftermath of the theft was a bureaucratic nightmare. Not only did I have to file a police report and deal with my insurance company, but I was also left without a vehicle, facing additional expenses and inconveniences that were not my fault.I implore anyone considering this mechanic shop to think twice. Their lack of professionalism and inability to protect their customers' property is simply unacceptable. This experience has left me emotionally and financially drained, and I hope no one else has to endure such a dreadful ordeal. In summary, this mechanic shop's negligence and inability to secure their premises resulted in the theft of my car, creating a traumatic and costly experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Steer clear of this establishment at all costs

Very professional and they don't try to gouge you with additional, non-urgent repairs. They obviously want you to get back on the road as soon as possible.

Service is amazing and reasonably priced! Joe was very friendly and went above and beyond taking me home and picking me since I didn’t have my car. They finished sooner than expected! I had a very positive experience and they are definitely my go to shall I have any car troubles in the future!Service: Electrical

These awesome guys have worked on each and every single car I've owned since I was 16. And I'd never go anywhere else!

With their listed times at 530, on the door and website, Joe let me know at 4:50 they would not take my service appointment knowing I had come from across town because it was 90 degrees outside and that was TOO much to ask for them. Would not recommend.

Joe was wonderful. Professional and honest and knows his stuff. He had my back from the get and helped me with the car, and uncovered some stuff I wouldn’t have seen otherwise! ♠️

Website states “we repair all makes and models” but they promptly turned my 2016 bmw away. Gave them 3 stars for recommending another business.

Seriously, people!!! If you want honest and trustworthy people, this is the place to go! I've dealt with other places, and this place has been by far the best place to go. I've gotten my oil changes here and just recently got some work done on the turbo on my car and couldn't be more grateful. They ordered the parts and got it fixed efficiently. Great customer service and a great atmosphere.

Honest shop. Took my car in on a tow truck check engine light has been on and rough idle. They ran full diagnostic and could not find anything wrong. It is running fine now. They could have charged me for unnecessary repairs but we're very honest and only did what was needed. This will be my go to shop from now on.

In all honesty this place is a 50 /50 when it comes to their service. You either get average service at an average to above average price or you get price gouged at an extreme rate for the same average quality. Seems to be random with this place but I rather not trust places that like to lie, add "hidden" fees, and price gouge at this level.

I took my car to G Street Automotive because I thought I had a blown spark plug. I spoke with Tony who gave me a quote of $250 for the repair. I asked them to change the spark plugs while they were at it. They diagnosed that I had a defective coil on cylinder 2. This repair can be done much more easily than a repair for a blown plug. Each spark plug has a coil that has to be removed to change the spark plugs. They charged me $180 labor for the spark plug repair. They then charged me $120 to change the spark plugs. On top of that, they charged me $102 for one coil. I can find 4 coils on line for $64. The local auto supply stores will sell you 4 top of the line coils for around $100. I don’t begrudge them making a profit on the sale of parts but 400% is way over the top. They also charged me $84 for spark plugs that would have cost around $20 from a local parts store. This experience makes me doubt their integrity. Rather than use these guys, I believe you would be better served to throw $200 in the gutter next to a homeless camp.
