Lots of good cheap food. Always my first stop when hunting for food. With grocery outlet some things you are looking for are a hit and miss. I have found so many good things that I've never seen in any other stores. And then boom they are gone. But definitely a lot of good things. It's always good to just walk through there and look and take your time without the kids just to see all the new things they might have. I usually get my avocados there. Today was two avocados for $3. Hard as a rock though. But when you set them out and let them ripen and these ones were big. So I always like the good deals here. I often buy things for a fraction of the price of another store. So yep it's always my first stop when I decide to go do my shopping........

Eric has great customer service skills, he has great de-escalation skills, he keeps calm and collective. Should train all the staff in his skills to treat unhoused, folks with mental health and kids. I have had the opportunity to see him humanize and engage with irate customers. He does great. Unfortunately, I witnessed a few women staff act irate and disrespectful to a man and kid (under 10), yes who may have been stilling however, they could have handled the situation with more care for the kid and customers watching. Eric, seems like a modeled employee and I hope he can train his Co workers on best practices such as calmness, respect, and empathy.

If you sell seasonal items and the sign does not say "all sales final" for those items you should as an establishment honor someone returning those seasonal items. Very unpleasant visit today, the girl cashier was helpful when I asked to return but the male that said "all seasonal items are final sales" was rude and made me not want to come back.

My recent trip to the grocery store was quite uncomfortable. The constant scrutiny from store associates, who seemed to be monitoring my every move, made the experience unsettling. Overhearing their conversations on their headphones discussing my actions added to the discomfort, leaving me feeling uneasy throughout my shopping trip. I managed to get one of their names after checking out and it was the cashier named Alice.

Would get a 5 star but since the hours on the door doesn't match to online I give 3. Online says 9pm close but on the door itself it says 9:30pm they close. Suggest they fix their closing time on the door to reflect the online.

I used to enjoy shopping at this establishment, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The new group of cashiers they have hired displays a lack of professionalism and empathy. During one particular encounter with a cashier named Kyndra, I attempted to explain an urgent situation I was facing due to my IBS, a medical condition. Kyndra's response was marked by indifference and a cold demeanor, as she expressed a complete lack of concern for my situation. In my years of patronage, I have rarely encountered such an unsympathetic response, especially from a business where I have been a loyal customer for over two decades. While I understand that some businesses have policies regarding public restrooms, I expected that a long-term customer facing a genuine emergency might warrant an exception. Unfortunately, the young cashier I encountered seemed unaware of the challenges that people with medical conditions face and appeared disinterested in providing any assistance. My frustration escalated when I attempted to address this issue with the management. I called the store and spoke to a manager who identified herself as one of the managers on duty. Regrettably, she refused to connect me with her superior, leaving me feeling unheard and underserved. This experience has left me with reservations about continuing to shop at the Grocery Outlet. While I appreciate the cost savings this discount store offers, the subpar service provided by young, disinterested employees raises questions about the store's commitment to customer satisfaction. It is disheartening to see a once-esteemed establishment operate in such a manner.
