The Home Depot is too expensive now and doesn't have a lot of items in stock. I don't like how many things are locked up and you need to seek out a Home Depot worker to unlock the item which is a big waste of time, and then when they unlock it and get the item for you they barely let you touch it and then they won't let you take the item with you while you shop.

Employees are rude , I called to check on my application, and was met with someone with such rudeness and attitude for no reason I was told just like this ," the manager is busy in a another meeting and dosnt have time the time to go over your application, they have more important things to do , if you get the job then they will obviously call you , its a waste of time to call and check on your application because like I said if your chosen they will call you " so yea definitely won't be shopping at that home depot no more and definitely dont wanna work for them, I can't even imagine how employees are treated especially if they talk to customers all crazy like that ... I also sent the conversation to corporate because who talks to people like that .. like come on

Terrible!!! We checked in and waited at the curbside pickup for at least 25 minutes, just for the associates in store to never come out and then the app said no longer available for curbside since it was after 6pm. We were there waiting and checked in, I even made sure to check in that I was on my way. But because the employees never bothered to do their job, they made sure to wait until 6pm, so the app would deny the curbside pickup.

Terrible customer service. Ignored and then treated as if I'm a burden. Perhaps acknowledging a guest would be appropriate. Marie at order pick up and returns needs a lesson in cs.

They never have 100% of the simplest supplies I need... never. I mean simple home repairs like correct water connectors and adapters for basic fittings and sizes are just 1 example. Amazon will be taking my money for now on. I waste my time at home depot to just not even be able to do what I need anyways.

So I drove down here from Mariposa to purchase 3 space heaters for the upcoming winter. I had one particular that I wanted. I looked them up on the app and saw they had 10 of them in stock, perfect. Once i got there i noticed that they were no where to be found. I asked a worker about it and informed him I had driven an hour down just for those he informed me they're still on a pallet in the back and not yet taken down, I asked if he could do so and the response I got was "Wait right here". So i did, for over 30 minutes. And not a single other worker asked if I needed help. So I ended up leaving my cart with all my other items there and left, luckily this provided me the time I needed to to download the Lowes app, create and account, and discover that they had the same space heater I was looking for but $40 cheaper per unit. Should have gone there to begin with because I was in and out of their store in less than 5 minutes with what I needed.

I ordered $2,000 of flooring being shipped to the store. They use Estes shipping. It said it shipped to the store on 10/16/2023. I didn't receive an email to pick up. I called and their customer service number and they said it was in transit due to arrive Oct 19th. When I didn't receive a pickup email on Oct 20th I called again. The girl said she would call Merced HD and after waiting and waiting she said they were busy and was pushing me to reorder the flooring. She said I could call the store and if it's in I could cancel the reorder. I called the store and they informed me that they just spoke to the girl and they told her it just never came in. She lied to me. So I called to cancel and I was informed because it had not shipped and my refund would take longer! They like to take your money and not follow up with the carrier. They take no responsibility and let you wait endlessly for your shipment! Don't order flooring because their carrier won't deliver!

Of all the Home Depot's in all the Id10t Villages in all of history this Home Depot stands alone as the worst Home Depot of all time. It would be better if they just closed this store and started over.

I’ve shopped at this store for years. I went in to have a few LED bulbs warrantied as they failed within a week. Unfortunately I did not have a receipt but had the original packaging and even my Home Depot card that was used to pay for those bulbs. Went to customer service center and was greeted with “what you want?” Alongside a little bit of saliva from the lady behind the counter which was chewing gum. I informed the lady of the situation and her response is “idk can’t help you” and after staring at her for a few seconds, she proceeded to start covering her name tag and even went as far as to claim she was going on lunch which she wasn’t as I proceeded to go buy another set of bulbs and she continued to be at the help center for another 15 minutes after I left. This interaction left a lot to be desired. Will never shop there again as this is one of many interactions which I try to give the benefit of the doubt to those employees. I’ve come to the conclusion they literally don’t have any work ethic and company doesn’t care the employees are like that.
