“Rooms are great, very clean, and combine a little bit of luxury into the things that are necessary. Rooms include a walk in shower, a kurig with pods, a large smart TV, multiple different lighting options, a closet, and a large work desk. Also includes dove shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion, and will provide any hygiene nessecitys in case you forgot something. Free breakfast, late check out, gym, hot tub and pool tie it together. It's location is directly off the 99 freeway it's not going to be out of your way.”

“Wonderful stay. Location is perfect. Right off freeway and only 45 minutes to Mariposa. Front desk was super nice. Bistro Cafe on-site had amazing food. Rates were very reasonable and my king room was huge, smelled amazing, had comfy bed, soft linens, and was very quiet. Bathroom was huge with nice lighting. Main room needs brighter lights and a 7x wall mirror in bathroom would be a bonus added feature. I like the complimentary shampoo/conditioner pump containers in shower.”
“Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and remembered I needed to do a review. The rooms were spacious with good amenities. We had a hiccup of the center table with lamp and plugs not working. That being said, we called the front desk and Alejandra got us settled into another room right away. She first verified that all was well with the room before she moved us. The beds are super comfy! Then came the next day, breakfast at Townplace Suites is no ordinary breakfast. Kit, the very nice lady taking care of the breakfast area, was on point making sure everything was clean, that there were plenty of options, and super friendly and helpful. I felt I was at a good breakfast restaurant not a hotel. One big point I want to say... the gravy with the sausage breakfast sandwiches, OMG, so delicious! Needless to say, we will be staying here everytime we are in Merced. Thank you Alejandra and Kit for a lovely stay.”

“My husband and I stayed here 6/17/24 traveling. We found the room very clean(and I’m a neat freak) the breakfast was good for continental…a nice salsa addition with onions and peppers to the eggs. The staff very kind, the pool cute area and clean. Very nice stay!
The only downside is that the tractor trailers are speeding by and I woke up to a dream I was in a location hit by a missle…LOL, probably watching the news added to that ?
Good value driving through and last minute reservation!!”

“It’s very standard for a more 6 in terms of luxury, but the rooms are clean and the staff was nice. We got in at 1am and felt safe while spending the night here if you are super noise sensitive be aware that this location is right next to a freeway so it’s pretty loud all night. But for the price you really can’t beat it & this is one of the best motel sixes I’ve stayed in before”

Service from house keeping and maintenance (Chris) helpful when needed. Flexible on breakfast schedule most of the time. I recommend for reasonable priced stays in the area.”

“Stayed at Merced Inn and Suites, and it was honestly a great experience. The guy at the front desk, Manny, was super nice and really helpful with booking my room. Gotta say, he was pretty hunky too lol. The room itself was big, clean, and smelled good which way better than I expected. If I could give it 10 stars, I totally would!”
“Drove from LA for our son’s university volleyball game. First, I was confused with all negative reviews I read prior to book a room. But decided to try and don’t regret! Place is very clean, warm and smiling front desk lady, room is big and clean. Only one minus, that jacuzzi and pool water is not heated.”

“Beautifully decorated Hotel. The Rooms are amazing. The food at Rainbird was so delicious. The Native Son coffee cafe was so good along with their baked goods. And at night the drinks were amazing. Super friendly staff. Highly Recommend!!!!!!!”
