Was greeted at the car door by an employee, walked inside and promptly explained what was needed or not needed. The gentleman helping was very friendly and had great customer service. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes!

The employees were very helpful thay took care of my dog and I thay vacuum my car even after I told them not to worry about it. I had a bad windshield wiper and the price was fare so I had them replace it .

Been going yo this place for years. Until now. My car overheated after failure to check fluids and then proceeded to defend themselves about the situation. I had to purchasr some coolant after getting stuck 15 miles out of town. A local auto shop said I should wait before filling fluid car was hot. I called tjey said come back! What with no fluid? I purchased fluid nn went back to get a refund waisting an hour and a half of my time. All I got was an arguement. Wrote a complaint on line. Getting a refund for my expense but will never go there again. Poor customer service. THEY TOOK NO RESPONSABILITY FOR THIS BUT GUESS WHAT MY CAR STOPPED OVER HEATING! DONT TRUST THEM.

They are quick and efficient. They didn't have the filter I needed, so they ordered one from Auto Zone. Auto Zone couldn't deliver in a reasonable time, so Jiffy put the old one back in at my okay. Overall, a pleasant experience. I guess my timing was perfect; I was the only one there when I pulled up. Thanks guys!

They were really good considering, that sat morning, there were only 2 employees. A tech and the counter girl. The counter girl has double duties helping out with cars and cashing people out. Event, with just 2 employees at first, they were quick, fair & good

The representative informed me about a abnormal oil in my daughter's engine. The rep suggested to have it flushed out. Before she suggested the engine to be flushed out. I was in a panic and she called me down and said it was not expensive. I agreed and now I'm at ease to have my daughter drive 400 miles back home.

I had to get my oil changed immediately and due to my work schedule, I was only able to go at 4:45 pm. (11/21/23)I was embarrassed to show up so close to closing time however the guys there quickly changed my oil, installed my new windshield wipers and even vacuumed my front seats and wiped my windows. I’ve always stuck to this place due to their customer service alone. Thank you guys again!!! And no one asked me to leave this review- I always try to give credit where it’s due :)

I always go to this Jiffy lube for oil change. Staff specially the girl who assisted me has an extraordinary excellent customer service. The service is fast due to the team work of staff. All are knowledgeable and skillful. The bathroom is clean and most of all all staff are smiling, I can feel their passion and dedication to their job. Kudos to all your staff at Jiffy lube at G Street in Merced.lastly very honest and wi exception knowledge and information.

I was new to the Merced area and was looking for place to get a oil change. l usually go to the Honda dealership but they are a little on the priceyside now.I was skeptical about going to the quick oil changed places because I heard such negative reviews about them.I was advised to try Jiffy Lube,and I was very pleased with the service. Above that was the customer service and the friendliness of the employees. Every one that I encountered from the tech who greeted me and my car and escorted me into the waiting area to the person at the counter and the tech who walked me through the post inspection of my car after it was complete. I have been going to Jiffy Lube for the last year now. Amazing staff..KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ?
