Not sure if it was the owner, but my brother was approached by a white man , racially profiled and asked to leave while he was walking up to exchange dollars for quarters. Did not even bother on asking if he had any clothes that needed to be washed… which he did, our basket & soap were in my car - I was just finding a parking spot before getting off. No explanation and came at him very hostile. My brother is 16! Will never be showing up here again.

First time coming here the worker was super sweet let us wash ,we talked for a bit its very nice on the inside couches everywhere lots of seats a kid area with TV, snacks and soda for sell , laundry soap has a restroom ,change machine they have it all decorated for Easter ill come back to this place i really like it. Washer was $6 and I put 2 quarters in for the dryer our clothes are dried

Quiet peaceful easy access to washers/ dryers baskets available for use lots of them. Prices decent depending on size of the load is your price here’s some examples I’ve taken pics for everyone also dryers .25 cent starting I put 1:25 got 28min for dryer washing time is 30minutes

Great place to do laundry. Is there a direct number to get a hold of the manager? I washed clothes this past Saturday and left a pair of jeans there. Hopefully someone turned them in since they were very expensive.

Laundry Express is a great place to do your laundry. There are other laundromats I could go to closer to where I live, but I prefer to drive over here to Laundry Express. I always enjoy being here, it’s clean, the washers and dryers always work well, it's reasonably priced, there are plenty of machines available to use, plenty of comfortable seating, it’s temperature regulated, two big TVs to watch, a kid's corner where they can play and watch movies and there’s always a super friendly and helpful assistant on duty to help with anything you might need. One of the things that makes it feel homey is they always decorate for the holidays all year round and they really go all out. I know it’s just a laundromat but I love this little place. I’m glad I have it to come to whenever I need to wash my large items. I highly recommend Laundry Express 10 out of 10~

Got laundry stolen manager or whatever was right there when our clothes were loaded said he’s not there to babysit wow didn’t leave clothes there to long we timed them I live right across the street disgusting sheisty people enjoy wearing someone else’s clothes poor people I quess worst laundromat ever !!!!

DON’T COME TO THIS LAUNDRY ROOM, LOTS OF THEFT GOING ON.This place sucks, lots of theft going on. This time we waited there because last time my clothes were completely stolen.I caught the thief right when she was putting our clothes into her little black garbage bag, and she was doing that in the front of her kids, and the lady working there told us not to argue before the kid? Are you kidding me? She was teaching her kid how to lie and steal, and you’re trying to cover her?This place sucks. You are pissing off your regular customers and all you have left are the thefts. Have fun with them!DON’T EVER COME TO THIS PLACE, happy land of thefts.

The best laundry in Merced, a clean place, good price, has a bathroom, you can also buy snacks (sodas, chips, coffee), there is always someone to help you if the machines don't work and in a good location.

Was very clean and not as expensive as I thought. Actually pretty reasonable for drying. I didn't wash. My dryer went out with a full load of wet clothes in it with another full load in the washer so I went to the laundromat for my first time in 35 years. I found that to be a very nice place and if I have to go again I will go there.

Love the location/it's close to a grocery store but the washers are NOT clean on the lids/inside rim of the lids, not impressed with the amount of homelessness that loiter outside. The owner does try to make the place look nice with cute decor matching every season.

So concerned about dust and debris on top of washers they were using a leaf blower to clean… not to mention there was children/baby’s around when asked please to do not do that right now.. the so called manager on duty was rude didn’t care and kept blowing. One of the parents had to take the child out of the dust clouds floating around where outside homeless people are always hanging out chain smoking cigarettes
