Don't buy appliances from Lowe's. I bought a washer, dryer and fridge from them about two years ago. I didn't want to have to worry about it for a while so I bought brand new and added the extended warranty. Well, the washing machine is now leaking all over my floor. I filed a claim with the warranty, booked an appointment, and the contractor showed up a day early and left because I was at work. When I called, he rudely told me that they're not open Saturdays. When I told him Lowe's booked an appointment with them for today, he talked to me like I was an idiot. So now I regret buying from Lowe's. They contract a separate company to handle their warranties, that company contracts cheap, unprofessional repairmen who may or may not even show up... I can't hang my hat on that. Now I have a washing machine that is leaking, a warranty that I paid in full but cannot seem to get help with and no way to get help with it. Looks like I may need to pay out of pocket to repair an appliance with an extended warranty.

This place has seriously tanked. Best highlight: they have a wide selection of home repair tools, equipment, lawn & garden supplies, as well as other items for cleaning and repairs. My , if you can get through to customer service, which I don't recommend because the information they provide is inaccurate. I was told they will cut drywall to size. Then once I get to the cutting station I am told they can't, then the worker says he's going to check and isn't found for over five minutes. I ended up having to make a return the same day I purchased.

Very bad phone customer service when trying to get a refund. Got the run around from several associates at this location. "Jay" the assistant manager wasn't very helpful either.

They take forever and everything they do. For example, I need to buy a new appliance getting help in that department what is next to impossible plan on being there till your next birthday.

I used to buy all of my appliances from Lowes but over the years they are getting worse with customer service or lack thereof. There is rarely anyone on the appliance floor and when you hit the call button NO ONE comes to help. The last time, I waited 30 minutes and gave up. I discovered that I can order an appliance at Costco and it includes FREE delivery, FREE set up, and FREE take away. Their garden section has great choices and plenty of supplies.

We had Lowe's home installation services come out and measure for two different fence options and new windows back in October. The professionals they sent out were friendly and knowledgeable so we thought "this is going to be great". Boy were we wrong. We were promised quotes within 24 hours. When they didn't arrive we followed up multiple times via text over the next month, and eventually called the store back to find out what was going on. Finally, in mid December, more than 2 months after the measurements were taken we got one of the two fence option quotes. We never did receive a quote for the second fence option or the windows. Figured if the communication was this horrible just to get a quote there was no way we we could trust them for the install. We ended up going with Home Depot instead as they were able to provide same-day quotes on both a fence and windows and have just been very responsive in general.

Such a demeaning work environment from the outside looking in.Went to go buy some supplies for a cleaning job. Had pretty much everything I needed. Was helped out by some employees in directing. It was fine.None of the lines were open so I did self checkout no biggie. At self checkout they have a camera and a large screen showing your face. So demeaning I don't want to see my face or know that I am being watched. Like your are some criminal that can't be trusted. Just awful. The voice in the self checkout system that can't be silenced or lowered and it's very loud and obnoxious. Fix it.What compelled me to write this review though. Was seeing how horribly some employees were being treated by management/trainers.Went to Lowes on the 22nd of August 2022 around 7:45 in the morning. They had a large group of employees wearing red vests all in a circle by checkout. They had a team building exercise of clapping or something. I don't know for what but you could hear everyone smacking their hands together from a few aisles down. Then when I was checking out I was closer to them. I Was able to hear the meeting. Heard one person ask a question. The response to the question was. "You should already know this we shouldn't have to remind about the surveys."How incredibly rude!!! You treat your employees questions like that? If you don't have management that treats employees right how can you expect them to treat customers right?I can't believe that a company with 300,000 employees don't know how to treat them nice and in a considerate way.Lowes I will second guess the next time i need a home improvement related product.

This Lowe's had gone down in many categories. The associates they have working as cashiers in the garden department are very slow and there are constantly long lines. They do not keep their shelves stocked (despite the product being in top stock or out in the parking lot). There is a lack of customer service. They do not accept Apple Pay. There are NEVER any carts for customers to use. Nor are there flat beds. My husband is always having to go back outside into the parking lot to get a cart. Even today at 9:45AM the manager, Matt walked outside to greet his family and just walked by an empty cart area. It is 10am now and still no carts as we are leaving.
