Tim, the owner, sent his nephew, Cisco, outside of normal business hours to deliver a much needed bed, wheelchair and other equipment and loaded items into a four wheel drive truck that could go up my parent’s drive, set up all items and educated my parents. This has been a game changer for my folks.Previously Tim’s team had also delivered oxygen to my parents very challenging address down a dirt road and up a long winding drive. I hadn’t heard until quite a bit later that a tow truck had to come pull them out.This is a very kind and knowledgeable team. Real people recognizing how they can help make difficult times less difficult. The entire crew is top rate, from the front desk on. “Came from Los Banos with my parents, looking for a collapsible scooter for my dad. We called ahead and they were ready to help us when we arrived. Ty was beyond helpful, showing all the options of the scooters as well as bringing out the different colors to choose from once my dad decided which style he liked best. We did not feel pressured or rushed. I can't stress enough how comfortable we felt, this was our first time making this type of purchase. Ty helped us to the car and made sure we knew how to break it down and get it in the trunk. When we left, we all agreed that it was actually a fun experience in the store thanks to Ty.
