Came here to get the AC system In my 2001 Ford expedition fixed. It was good for about 4 months and now it doesn't work none of it will turn on all it does is blow hot air. however, their customer service is amazing and they are very kind. I'm just sad that the system no longer works i paid about 2300

Bought a car in JANUARY 2024, and still have not revived my tags and registration. It is not 10/2/24. I have called the dealership MULTIPLE times and they just tell me it’s the DMVs problem and not theirs, or they give me the run around and try to tell me their boss isn’t there, when he is in fact there when I try to call and ask what’s going on. They sold me a car almost 9 months ago and they arnt doing shit on their part to get me all the things I need like they should have.
They also told me my car would be detailed before I drove off the lot. It was not. They then told me to come back at a later date to get it cleaned.

Placed a deposit to hold a vehicle for a few hours. vehicle was not as advertised. Interior was covered in cigarette burns and melted plastic. Company refuses to return deposit which is illegal in the state of California. They also tried to sneak a 3000 warranty into the sales contract. There was no signed agreements. This dealership is shady. Stay away.

This place is bunch of crooks! The own is Rude and Unprofessional I highly don’t recommend coming here for any auto services or car purchases. The staff there is unprofessional they will leave oil stains in your car while they work on it and mud. They will just take your money and not trouble shoot the problem. They will hustle you out of your own hard money. Believe I had the worst experience here ever! Report this place to the Business better Bureau! They are so shady at Auto world don’t trust them at all.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Have had so many issues with the vehicle i purchased from here from the first day I took it home, the owner is a horrible person to work with, now 5 months in my car need a repair worth up $9,000 I truly feel like I bought a sack of potato’s so many problems not just one.

Went to merced auto world and dealt with Jonathan to get my first car. He made getting my first car a breeze. Got to test drive a few and went home the same day with the one i really wanted. If your looking for a good reliable used car this is the place. Highly recommend

I purchased a vehicle here on 9-15-23 I’m going into 2024 without a registration. I cannot drive the vehicle without the risk of it being towed. I have received a ticket for not having the registration.I received a citation for the vehicle I traded in. Apparently the release of liability had not been submittedI spoke with the unprofessional owner who cursed me out for leaving a review that he felt was negative. He sold me a car with a lost title.

I purchased a vehicle at this place and used my 06 Charger as a trade in. 2 months after I received a fast track ticket. I found that the release of liability was never submitted, it was part of the paperwork I filled out on site. Also I was pulled over and given a ticket for not having a registration, he could not find the car in his system. I called Baltazar at the car lot and he told me the Cops probably just don't like me and they're giving me a hard time. 2 weeks later I tried to clear the ticket at the CHP and he said I was not on the paperwork and it was not valid. I showed him the paperwork on the window and he said that it is expired and that after 60days I should have already received the tags. These are not problems that anyone should have. I have a court date now if the registration paperwork is not taken care of. I'll be contacting the better business bureau and my lender, since Baltazar keeps dodging my calls and his staff is incompetent of being able to help me.

The owner is a scammer. He thinks he is better than everyone else, however he rips people off. He sells cars that are half-ass running. His safety checks are shit. he buys used parts to cover up what is broken. then if you bring the car back because there is something wrong with it, he will tell you he will pay the labor if you buy the part at his cost. then sells you the part most of the time used part for full retail making a couple hundred off you. Then he drinks all day every day driving. Yelling at everyone including banks and lenders. I mean if you have nowhere else to go to buy a car Autoworld will sell you a car for way too much and most likely will break and cost you way too much. you have been warned!!!!!
