Great experience truck needed work on couple issues. Jacob took it in and my truck was back in 2 days. The comunication was A+++ before work was done Jacob asked for approval and gave me options. I tried another shop before this and it wasn't good. Yes the prices are a little high but the work quality and stress from previous shop was worth it. Now my truck is back to running perfect. Jacob even stayed after work to meet me to get my truck after hours.I appreciate the honesty and kindness I received from Jacob and the Chevy staff.

I have been going to this dealership since 2017. The shop is way too overpriced by a long shot. Don’t bring your cars here to get worked on unless you want to pay 150% more than other places

There was a mix up with my service appointment and I was told to show up 2:30 but it was not moved to 2:30 in the system.
When I got there Mark worked with me and when we discovered what had happened. Mark said “that is our fault not yours, we will take care of you”. He got me in between cars and got the oil change done on my Corvette. I am very happy with the service! I will always come back to Merced Chevy solely based on Mark’s service and honesty. Thank you Mark for being professional, kind, and respectful!
