This store is kind of small. Doesn’t carry a large variety of different tools for crafts and projects. But they always have good sales, coupons, rewards to help save me money.

They only had 2 workers working the front area, but they were very helpful. The store was quite a mess and empty in some spots. I found what I needed though

Very friendly staff everytime I shop there any person that’s working is always so sweet and they’re always helpful and go above and beyond. I go there a lot for yarn, my toddler comes with me and they recently had a craft table set up for children to make valentines, the lady who was at the table was so good with my daughter and my daughter was so happy with her valentine she made. It really made our day going in there. I will say I choose going here over the other craft store in town, because everytime I go to the other craft store the sales on yarn aren’t as often and the people there have been rude (completely unprompted lol just asking where things are in the store, how much an item is etc) on several occasions from several different people working there. It might be bigger but I’ll pick the store with the nicer folks every time.

Avoid the “balloon bar” at all costs. Took an employee almost 30min. to blow up six balloons. He kept checking his phone for texts, stopping to talk to other employees and, my favorite, would deny help other employees offered to speed up the process. The attitude was ‘if you want them, you can wait your wait then’. I had to go to SaveMart to have them finish the bouquet. Absolute waste of time and money. Just disgusted with the lack of service paired with open disdain towards the customers. Would give ZERO stars. Never returning here again.

Michaels is arts and crafts and I enjoy going into Michaels but their prices are high it seems compared to previous. It seems since most stores closed here and Hobby Lobby came in with HIGH PRICES then Michaels raised theirs to compete with them. I now buy most of my yarns online as I am getting cheaper prices with free shipping online then I now do in the store. The store seems to have gone down hill as far as cleanliness and upkeep. Im not sure if it is the staff not wanting to pick things up or just the people or their kids tossing items on floor but they stay there. Ive gone in there several days apart an items still on floor that were there the first visit.

Great Store and Great staff that greet me upon entering the store. If I look like I’m looking for something I’m most always asked how May I help you. I enjoy using my 40% off coupons and my vouchers on my 10lbs soap base for my small soap business. I prefer to buy my soap base here instead of hobby lobby because this is where I can purchase a 10lbs soap base.
