Portions are small. They have NEVER given me a fortune cookie, even tho I've ordered from them more than 3 times. The cream cheese rangoons were undercooked, not crispy, and the filling was runny.

Placed an order through the app AHEAD of time in advance and it said my order was ready at 5:19, so I went on my lunch break to pick my food up since I only had half an hour, as soon as I got there they had me waiting about 45 minutes AFTER THE FACT because they kept prioritizing all the people who were walking in rather than those who ordered in advance. They even forgot the napkins and the forks! I get that it can get a little busy but whats the point of ordering online when it's going to take longer than simply walking in? I ended up going back to work without even being able to eat my food, this place seriously needs to learn how to prioritize.

Stopped in after church for dinner. For Chinese fast food, the food is good. Prices reasonable. Highly recommend.

Horrible. When ordering from pick up you barely get any food. This is so disappointing. The other day I ordered a sprite for my kids meal and I got an OPENED drink. The service for pick up is horrible.

The food is great really great tasting and does a great job filling your order. Whenever I go they seem to have a full amount of staff busy working to take care of the customers.

Wow what an experience. I'm reporting this location to Merced County Department of Public Health. My group and I all got food poisoning. Don't go here.

I did not take a picture of my food because I finished it in two bites. This PANDA location has zero concern for giving customers their moneys worth. These are children working here. I mean that literally. They do not have a basic understanding of "I pay you my hard earned money and you give me what I paid for." Plates are filled very inconsistently as if the task of doing so is based on the servers mood. I should have read the red flag reviews before I walked through the doors. Other customers have had similar experiences. I feel bad for any customers that come here just to get screwed by children using kitchen equipment.

The food is good and always tastes fresh but they skimp on everything. Most of the time, the boxes are half full. They make no effort to fill them totally full and give you your $’s worth. It’s ridiculous. Watch how they serve. They scoop up a heaping helping of food into the spoon and then only add half the spoonful to the plate, or even take back a little after putting it what I’m guessing is too much. Who’s training the employees? They’re always polite but the quantity they serve is seriously lacking. I know you people know what I’m taking about. I’ve been eating at various PE restaurants for decades and they all do the same thing. While PE is not too expensive, it’s really not worth it if you don’t get a fair amount. I’m not asking for anything free; Just what I pay for! for, that’s hit and miss. It’s not really true Chinese food but it tastes good anyways. So while I do recommend their food, make sure to check the boxes before you leave and ask for more if the amount is not up to your standards. Don’t wait until you get home to check like me and have to leave a negative review of their service.*I ordered the bigger plate w1/2 & 1/2, orange chicken and Beijing beef. The Beijing beef is what was extremely skimpy. I didn’t even push it down like they do at other Chinese restaurants where they make sure to give you a good amount of food. I’m sure if I did, 3/4 of it would be empty. Disappointing, again.

THIRD TIME, in as many months, Panda forgot an entree--already paid for! The restaurant was great at launch, but has settled to below-average service in the last few months. If within one hour of closing, for example, don't expect to have all entrees and/or reasonable portions. One night, I had four, whole, orange chicken nuggets. So, about $5 of our money: "Poof!" It adds up.While I think some restaurants are finding difficulty balancing third-party delivery services with drive-up window, with in-store patrons etc., it's desirable to get, and pay for, what you order.Baaaaaaaad, Panda!

I got a bowl with white rice & orange chicken. ALL of the chicken in my bowl was so hard that my fork couldn't stab into it, in the video below you see it even broke my fork. I kept digging through trying to find one edible piece (I was able to find ONE that wasn't too hard to eat.)
