  this company is actually called d&h towing. They have their name changed on here so you don't leave bad reviews. Owner of the tow truck parked in front of my car in a couple other people's cars while I was doing a delivery. I asked him if he can move his car five feet so I can get out. His reply was you're going to have to wait till Im done. The other half of the parking lot was empty he could have easily parked on the other side of the parking lot and not blocked anybody but no he decided to be an a-hole Extremely unprofessional.

  Total predatory tow company. I do am a Home Health Nurse and only a small amount of time in each patients house. I went into see a patient and was away from my car for 19 minutes, during which this guy loaded up and took off with my car. After using my cars gps to locate it, I found it HIDDEN behind a random building that is NOT his business and blocked in by another tow truck. I located it in less than 30 mins. I have record of all this exact time. When I called him to give me my car, he stated I was parked illegally in a 15 min only parking. So basically he sat and watched me go into my patients house and took my car. Then demanded $200 cash ($150 for towing and $50 for storage). Nowhere on his "receipt" did he write the time he picked up my car. There was no posted parking limitations, although he stated there were. There is NO WAY he sat there and waited 15 mins before towing my car in less than 4 mins. Totally dishonest and greedy. I paid the fee to get my car back to finish seeing my patients. I've reported him and want to make sure everyone knows to watch for this guy! If he tows you, he probably watched you until you left the car and closed in.
