We tried to get our new rescue dog washed, but couldn't due to no rabies proof and he had just been micro chipped and they can't groom a dog until 48 hours after any injection.

Took cat in for nails trim. Faith is a stray cat that has been abused. All cat owners know cats HAVE THE ABILITY TO TRUST. THIS WAS FAITHS THIRD APPOINTMENT. I WAS NOT AWARE THAT THE GROOMERS NEEDED TO BE TIPPED. THEY WANTED ME TO BUY HEMP PRODUCTS. I FEEL FAITH HAS BEEN THROUGH ENOUGH THEN TO BE GETTING HER SADADENT TO DO THERE JOB. THEY ARE PET SMART!!! I THINK MY SMART PHONE IS SMATER THEN PET SMART. SINCE I DECLINED TO BUY HEMP PRODUCTS OR DECLINED
LEAVING TIPS. FAITH WAS DECLINED GROOMING. STATING SHE WAS TO AGGRESSIVE. TOOK FAITH DOWN TO CRITTER CUTS DOG GROOMING. THEY TOOK FAITH WHICH IS A CAT IN THERE LOVING ARMS, AND PROCESSED TO CUT HER NAILS. ME AND FAITH WERE BLESSED JUST TO HAVE A LOVING TOUCH FROM CRITTER CUTS DOG GROOMING. AMEN!!

Prices feel high but this is the first PetSmart I've ever been to. The selection is a little bit over the top as well. I was just looking for cat food but I have to figure out if it's organic or nutritious or for cats who are old or young or... Anyway the store was clean. The people were helpful and I was in and out quickly.

Called while out on vacation to see about getting my 2 pups bathed and groomed . I have never used Pet Smart for grooming before. They took them both in the next day and did an absolutely wonderful job on both pups!!!!Thank you so much!
