I have been a customer for 10 plus years. Have always been promptly greeted and am able to get my packages for my small online business shipped out promptly. I have never had any issues here like i have run into at other similar places in the area( like Postal Connections Atwater). The two girls who i often see are always so courteous and polite. Even when i dont have everything ready for my shipment, they go above and beyond to make sure my package gets to where its going. Im thankful for this small business who supports other small businesses!!

I came in to send my first ever fax, and it was quite the challenge. The two female associates were very helpful and waited patiently and constantly checking to see if it went through. After about an hour the fax finally went through. So thankful for all the help!

Please change your hours (online) I got here at 8:30 to find out you actually open at 9. On Apple Maps it said you open at 8!! Other than that staff is friendly and helpful, have not had an issue when I ship out an item and I hope I never will have an issue! Thanks

DO NOT SEND PACKAGES FROM HERE! Had valuable items stolen from a package that had been dropped off here then it was re sealed and sent to me.

This store advertises services they don't offer. This is the third time I've tried to get basic services there and the employees just can't. Third strike- you're out! The employees aren't knowledgeable nor helpful. Don't waste your time here.

I would not have thought for a second about giving less than 1 star rating if I was allowed to do it. Service is very poor and staff is so rude. If you want your package to be lost/stolen go to this store. I am never going back to this store to drop off packages.

Theft store. Don't recommend shipping packages here because they will take the packages and sell it...very rude people, the owner is very rude to every one!
