Edgar of Pro Appliance was awesome. After describing issues with my washer, he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right away. He also offered helpful advice which would help prevent future problems. I would highly recommend Pro Appliance!!!

Dan was courteous , informative, and thorough in his work on our Hestan range. We’ve had a burner problem that had been worked on previously but returned after service (from another company). Dan was able to notice and fix some details that appear to have resolved the problem. Would not hesitate to call on him again.

Great experience with pro appliance. Paul came to my house to fix my dryer great knowledge and skills. Learned a lot from him I recommend Paul if you guys want your appliances fixed or serviced.

Rarely do I ever leave negative reviews but I cannot ignore what Pro Appliance did. They were contacted by our newly assigned Property Manager, to inspect a refrigerator at our rental. Their approximate arrival time was 2 or more hours out, so I contacted my personal handyman to check it out, not wanting everything I to start defrosting in the freezer or fridge. We immediately tried several times to contact our property manager to cancel their service call, since our handy resolved the issue. Apparently Pro Appliance never got the cancellation and arrived. They were told the refrigerator had been fixed. Despite only being exactly 1 minute away from their shop and doing no more than ringing the doorbell, they charged me $75. I just retired as a 40 year owner of a service type business. NEVER ONCE, would I have EVER considered charging someone in a situation like this. The address is 1 minute exactly from their shop. They did NOTHING but thanks to them, I paid my handyman as well as Pro Appliance. I'm still stunned. I built relationships with my 40 years of fairness and trust with hundreds of customers. If I had treated them like Pro Appliance apparently does business, I would have gone under long ago.

I would highly recommend Pro Appliance. The technicians are very professional and knowledgeable, fast and quick to diagnose and repair! I’ve dealt with Pro Appliance in the past when my mom refrigerator suddenly stopped working. Victor came out and was honest about what needed to be done. I really appreciated his honestly and professionalism. Cameron recently came to fix my dryer and he was very professional and quick to repair my dryer.

Do not use this company. Unfortantely, LG recommended this company to fix my 2.5 year old refrigerator. A young technician came out last Wednesday, paid 100 "to diagnose" he ordered a 70+ tax part, a fan, stated labor was 150.00. I agreed and paid same day since I wanted to fix my refrigerator, 339.00 at the end of the visit. He told us he would get back to us on an ETA of the part including schedule an appt for installation of the fan the following week. Never received a call, till my husband called the following Monday to see what was going on. We were told Wednesday a technician would be out to install the fan. Same young technician arrived, installed the fan, put together the refrigerator, he then told us give it about 24 hrs the refrigerator will start to work again, start producing cool air. Next day 24 hrs later didn't work, no cool air, also he didn't put together the water filter correctly it kept falling apart. 339.00 dollars later MY refrigerator DOES NOT WORK, he stated it now needed another part that would cost 180+tax, plus additional labor fees, horrible company. He spoke to his boss "the part won't be in for another 6-8 months, and they don't order thru third party companies." Don't use this company!

So I came home from work and my washer and dryer were completely dead. I panicked. I called Pro Appliance and the woman who answered the phone was so nice. I must have called her 3-4 times within 10 minutes. Lol. But she walked me through everything. Without judgment. Thank you so much Pro Appliance. Always a pleasant experience.#Lady who needed an electrician.#

They fixed our washer on the second visit. Their company policy is to charge you for the first visit and they reiterate that policy on the phone before they send their mechanic out. Personally, it felt that we were getting gauged for that first visit. A reputable company would have credited the amount paid to our bill. After all, the JOB was not completed. Secondly, I asked the two mechanics if I could clean under the washer before they reassembled the dryer back on top. We are senior citizens and doing that for ourselves is difficult. The one mechanic said he couldn't because it was too heavy. A little kindness goes a long way.

The worst customer service experience i have ever encountered. No communication at all! Rude staff! If you would like to be treated like a pos this is your place! Or if you want to wait for 8 hours and have no one show up for your scheduled appointment this is the place for you! If you want to be hung up on while speaking call them! Our fridge was bought at Sears. They dispatched this horrible repair contractor NEVER AGAIN! I paid way too much to be treated this way

Danny was my tech and he was quite professional and very pleasant. This is the first time I have used Pro Appliance and based on this first experience I won't hesitate using them again if/when needed.
