I was treated very well. The Phlebotomist Maya was excellent. I didn't feel the draw and there was no bruise or mark on my arm. It was great. She was also very pleasant. The whole experience was excellent.

My phlebotomy technician was very professional and thorough!! I did not feel the needle at all. Thank you so much for that!! I don't like needles!!

Appointment was early. I was late and had to reschedule which I though would be awful but when I did it literally was 3 minutes away. I arrived thinking I would have to wait and was in and out if there in less than 15 minutes. The girl that checked me in Anna, also drew my blood. She was awesome and welcoming
