I was treated very well. The Phlebotomist Maya was excellent. I didn't feel the draw and there was no bruise or mark on my arm. It was great. She was also very pleasant. The whole experience was excellent.

The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. It was also pretty dirty. It was fast service, but they somehow did not have my standing order.

Not good service no front desk at all , they lost my labs results. I wanted to retake blood draw and quest was charging me

My boyfriend and I went to this place to get his blood drawn two times and there was absolutely no front desk to talk to an actual person. Basically every person that came out to call a persons name was rude and would not help us when we asked where our name on the wait list was. We waited hours the first time because we were walk ins and then proceeded to tell us if you don't have an appointment you will not be seen due to high volume. We made an appointment the second time thinking it was going to be quicker but my boyfriend waited an hour and half after his appointment time. We will no longer be going here. It's all just screens and not one person talks to you like an actual human being. They just tell you to wait. And once it's closing time they won't help you even if you have an appointment.

This is a small place; there are not many people at this location. I reserved an appointment on the website and I was able to get in once I checked in. The Techician who drew my blood did a good job; she didn’t have any problem finding my blood vessel as compared to some other technicians. I don’t like the area around the facility as I saw a couple homeless people hanging around other building in that area. There’s a lot of trash on the ground where the homeless people were hanging out.
