I had my prescription sent to this pharmacy for covid meds. I was really sick and needed this medicine. It is Saturday and I was told they can not fill it until Monday. So I called around and found that the Costco pharmacy had what I needed. I call Raley's and asked them to transfer the prescription. I was told that they won't transfer my prescription unless Costco requests it. Costco will not request it because that should not be necessary. The prescription is mine, Raley's doesn't own my prescription. Four hours later I get the prescription from Costco. I had to get ahold of the ER doctor to resend my prescription to Costco. Raley's caused this problem by not having covid meds in stock and did not one thing to help me.

Your prescription is almost never ready when it should be.. I get same medicine every month and when it’s time for refill they don’t have it in stock..I don’t get iit sometimes have to wait for three or four days! It used to be such a great pharmacy !

Pick a different pharmacy, literally any other pharmacy will service you better than this. Upsetting as it is the closest for me to get to.

The place is swarmed with problems: short hours, closed on Sundays, long delay in filling prescriptions, return late from lunch, etc. I am thinking of moving my prescriptions to other pharmacy.

It’s a nightmare to use this pharmacy. I need a topical pain relieve ointment. After my doctor sent the prescription, the pharmacy gave me no response. One day later, I visited raleys. The pharmacist said they only have 100ml instead of 60ml. I called the doctor to write a new prescription. The next day, I called the raleys and they said they have the new prescription and will take care of it. I visited, they told me they don’t have the medicine and what they said in the past was wrong. So, I don’t have the pain reliever for three days, and the ralleys never tried to contact me and resolve the problem.

Yes line is longer sometimes but which pharmacy isn’t. If by chance it’s not ready, I just do some shopping then swing back around. Grab my prescription then I’m off.

Always an issue when I come to this pharmacy, I dread it. They take forever. One pharmacist the blonde woman just completely ignores you. Never goes smoothly.

Completely unprofessional. The blonde male pharmacist shouldn’t be working there. I called in to get a prescriptions filled at 2:30pm today. The pharmacist I spoke with was rude and told me next time I should download and use the app (less work for him). I get off work and go to pick up my prescription around 5:45pm. Prescription hadn’t even begun to be filled. Not only rude, unprofessional, but also incompetent. Literally couldn’t get my prescription filled despite me calling in over 3 hours in advance.

I agree with the last reviews about condescending and rude every time I've been in here to get my medication they seem to always know everything except nothing at the same time they can't ever help me they're always out of every medication I agree I don't even know why we continue to go here it's convenient because I live around the corner ..: worst just don't

Try to get help over the phone to get my medication and they’re very rude not enough staff and then hang the phone up on you wow who does that losers!!!
