Unfortunately deceptive. I came across their website and a truck I liked Friday evening. Called and spoke with someone, my question was in regards to the price online being accurate. He assured me if it was there it was. I get ready to make the drive Saturday morning, and I’m glad I looked first. They had removed the price online and put it at full msrp. This goes exactly with a bait & switch I read from others. This is what these platforms are for. It allows you to make informed decisions, glad I read these and avoided the hassle.

The salesman were nice and very helpful. If it were based off that it would be a 5 star, but unfortunately, the dealership, all of Razzari dealerships on that lot are dirty, old dated, no money's been put into any building and the place is falling apart. It makes it hard to trust anyone in the building. When the owner doesn't even take care of his place of business. Mr Razzari, I hope this information is beneficial to you because many in this country would love your position in life.
Do not neglect your blessing. Good luck to you and the wonderful salesman you have on your lot

Had 10/10 experience buying my 2025 Ford Maverick from Carlos at Razzari Ford. Drove 3 hours from the Bay Area but was well worth it. I thought Carlos really listened and helped me through the process over the phone and sharing extra photos with me. One of the most professional sales reps I’ve ever worked with. He had great stories of the ownership and recommendation’s for best restaurants in SF. Appreciated Carlos showing me all the tech with the Maverick and setting up and connecting my Apple car +iPhone. I’d definitely will be coming back out to Razzari in the future when I need a vehicle. I’ve passed by Razzari on the way to Yosemite. Thanks Carlos and Team Razzari!

I bought my car there in August, 2 months later I take it into their service center for rear brakes squeaking. Was told rear brake pads need to be replaced. When they looked up if I had a warranty, the name of the previous owner popped up and the gal helping me said he works at Razzari Ford! Disappointing that they sold it to me 2 months ago and it needed replaced so soon. And no I hadn't purchased a warranty.

I bought a used Tesla 3 months ago from rosari Ford when I bought the car I told them if they could charge the car make sure it's charged before I had to wait a month to get the car they said don't worry they'll have the car charged for me! I I got down there in the car only had 30 miles range on it. And the car didn't have the plug for the charger so I can charge it at home they said don't worry we'll get you one so I haven't used the home charger because I've been using the supercharger at the Tesla charging sites so today I decided to try to charge the car at home they gave me the wrong type of charger I contacted the dealer now they're saying that I need to buy adapter myself to convert the charger to a Tesla charger when I bought the car they told me they were going to get me a Tesla charger for home they lied to me now they're telling me to go buy an adapter for it I would not recommend getting a car from these people

Razzari had my 2020 F150 for 8 weeks! The transition needed repairing. Again, only 5 year old truck. After I finally got it back, dropped it off at my house (nice of them) with exactly enough gas to go 10 miles!!!! Who does that!! I didn't drop it off like that. I barely made it to the gas station! I don't know why I am shocked! Pitiful

Driving 2 hours to buy a ford F-150 lightning, it was not the best. The purchasing process was smooth. I was even told I was getting new tires put on the truck. However, the tries were mis matching tires and not installed properly. Making the truck shaky and not a safe ride. I got it fixed at a tire shop and was told I was going to get reimbursed, Its been 2 months and I never got reimbursed. On top of the I notices that the detail was not through at all. Under the seats was dried ice-cream. IO would be cautious when buying here. CHECK EVERYTHING

My wife and I drove over 230 miles to buy a 2025 F250 Lariat from Razzari Ford. I was incredibly disappointed about the quality of the exterior detail. There were (and still are) hard water spots all over the front and rear windshields, windows, and body of the truck. You would think that for the price we paid for our new truck, it would have been properly detailed. We’re now stuck with the bill when we hire a professional detailer to remove all the hard water spots (so ~$200).
I noticed right before we left that the truck had only 1/8 tank of fuel. Where was the first place we had to go to after the dealership, you ask? That’s right - a gas station where we spent $170 filling up the tank. Apparently management here is too cheap to provide their customers a full tank of fuel. Even when said customer just handed you checks for $75k cash and $20k financing.
My wife and I have purchased multiple new vehicles before this one. Each and every time - the vehicle was spotless and had a full tank of gas. Not here at Razzari Ford.
The only reason I am giving them three stars is because the salesman, Kristian, and finance manager, Mark, were both incredibly kind and professional. They made the purchase process smooth and had us in and out quickly.
Overall, I’m at odds with whether I could comfortably recommend others purchase a vehicle at Razzari Ford. The employees on the floor are good to go, but something tells me the owner(s) or upper-level management here are making their guys short-change customers to save a couple bucks.
Do better, Razzari Ford. With the $95k I just paid you, I know you can.

Situational awareness is a challenge for sales people at this dealership. When a customer explains their needs and wants, that is valuable information so you can pair them with the appropriate vehicle/deal to make a sale. Where is the value of an actual salesperson if they don't listen and figure out a path to success?
I don't remember his name but the sales guy was slim build, early to mid 20's, Hispanic with dark complexion. I don't know if it's the training at this location or just the next generation of workforce. Either way, it might be time to start buying cars on Amazon if this is the future of the sales force.

Worst trade in value by far I’ve been to 7 dealerships most offered the same they went several thousand below everyone else. Didn’t even bother trying to increase the price. Suggested to go elsewhere.
Edit. Called the gm he claimed he would look into it and call me back. Didn’t hear from him for several days. Went and bought the same car and model with less miles and cheaper at Tracy ford instead and got a much better trade deal.

Such a great dealership filled with amazing workers! Candido was great with communication with me for 2 weeks until I was able to make it in. After we couldn’t get me in the truck I wanted (due to our own budget) he brought in one of the head sales managers (Jordan) who was great helping my husband and I too find a truck that we loved and also worked with our budget. He was super helpful and had an amazing attitude. He made sure we took home my dream vehicle today. Definitely recommend going through the 2 of them!

After about a week of searching for the right F-150 and dealing with two failed experiences at other dealerships, we finally ended up at Razzari Ford. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Carlos, who was polite, professional, and by far the most helpful salesman we’ve come across. He worked with us to find a deal we were truly happy with at a price that couldn’t be beat on a beautiful 5.0. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. We will definitely be recommending Razzari, especially Carlos, to friends and family. We will for sure be back when it’s time for our next vehicle.
