Taillight went out. Brought car in for repair. While replacing light, had another part broken . Also had paint chipped. Broken piece replaced. Paint touched up but didn’t match. Told that if they repaint panel it won’t match car. Horrible. Worst dealer experience ever
Looking to buy new vehicle soon. Not buying it at Merced gmc

I’ve been experiencing intermittent issues with the transmission on my 2024 Sierra, including abnormal kicking and engine paddling. Despite multiple service visits and reports, the problem remains unresolved. This is very disappointing, especially for a new truck that cost over $65,000. I’d appreciate a prompt resolution to this ongoing issue.

Horrible place to go for first time buyers as every other dealership they do what they do to sell you something sold me a lemon and wouldn't help now I have a repo on my record worst place ever. Lesson learned I hope everyone stays away. They make it sound great and work together well selling you what you feel is a great vehicle but slowly and surely it will crumble. Also having a large family has really put a hold up in my life and my career due to my vehicle being a lemon sold by them . But anything to get that money no matter who's life they are messing up Thanks Ron Buick your service was excellent ?

I highly recommend salesperson Jose Trevino from Ron Smith GMC. I contacted him for help looking for a new vehicle with specific requirements (color, trim package, etc) within a specific price range.
He did everything he could to find something that worked with my specifications, touching base with me every few days, even offering to go over and bring a vehicle from another dealership in the Bay Area, or offering to come to me with a possible vehicle at his dealership to test drive, as I live a ways away and did not have a vehicle due to being hit by another driver.
I wound up selecting a vehicle with another dealership local to me because of my job, but I had full confidence that, given a little more time, Jose would have matched me with my dream vehicle.
