Love this nail salon! I’ve been coming here for over 8 years and have always had a pleasant time here. Quiet, peaceful, no extra chatter and my pedicures always come out perfect! Absolutely love the ladies here, so kind and attentive. They’ve recently remodeled, new pedicure massage chairs and it all looks beautiful on here.

2 infected toes from pedicure with dirty equipment. Might have to go to doctor for my big toe if the infection does not heal. Paid $60 and the pedicure itself wasn’t even done well, bad gel job and did not exfoliate feet much (still had visible dry skin on heels). UPDATE: 4 days on Keflex and both toes are doing marginally better but pus coming out with pain.

I usually go to the other Rose Nails but never go to this one in particular. I love the fact that they play Christian music plus they are super sweet and patient. The atmosphere is quiet and calming, not hectic or hurried at all. I came on a Monday afternoon and they got me in right away. Highly recommend this nail salon, appreciate the kind lady that did my pedicure. She even asked what color I wanted the base coat which MANY other nail salons never asked and just assumed what I wanted. Definitely coming back here!

So far, I have not been disappointed with the services here at Rose Nails! I have gotten my nails done here 3 times and my toes once. I live close to the salon so this place is very convenient for me. I will be going back within the next 2 weeks to get another pedicure for my baby shower! I'll update my review if the services change. I kinda have high expectations for the pedicure since it's for my baby shower and the last one I got from them lasted a really long time without any paint chipping! I 100% recommend this place! Very nice ladies!

I have had some awful experiences at nail salons in the area, so I was cautiously hopeful when I came in yesterday. I was so pleasantly surprised. It was a great time! The girl who did my pedi took her time, was thorough and didn’t rush me at all. She made my toes look amazing!
But the real reason I’m writing this is about Rachel. This girl was literally the best nail artist I’ve ever had in 25 years. I have a crooked middle finger and she took the nail tip on and back off probably 15 times until she got it perfectly aligned with the rest of my nails. Every other nail artist puts it on crooked with my finger. It looks so good I wanted to cry. Not only did she take her time, make my crooked nail straight, she did a wonderful design. I’ll be back for her specific.

I went in on 02/12 to get a removal of my acrylics and ended up getting a gel manicure as well. The older man that was assisting me was using the drill and drilled into my finger and made me bleed. I had a piece of skin dangling off so I told him to just cut it off for now because it hurt so bad. It hurt so bad I was tearing up. He charged me 55$ and when I told the lady at the register she only charged me 50$ because of it. I don't think that's right. Today is the next day and hurts to the touch, hurts when water touches it even .

I have been going here for a long time. As I was preparing to sit, take my coat off and settle my belongings One of the girls tried to rush and push the chair behind me to make me Sit faster!! . I am 70 years old and will sit at my comfortable pace . I asked her not to try and help me. They allowed another customer to get in my face and tell me I was rude for declining help!! I left and will never go back humiliated and will share this experience with all of those at my church and senior center. They have just lost a lot of business.! The customer cursed at me, and all of the employees were talking in their language and I could tell it was about the situation. They were all rude at that point. They allowed this customer to threaten me and tell me I should leave. Very poor business practice and I have been going there for long time. Rachel is nice. The there are horrible

Racism sums it up nicely. This salon makes it crystal clear that they don't want to business of "certain" people who try to go into their establishment. I've been to their shop THREE times to get a fill and each time, someone rushes to the front and tells me they don't have time and I'll have to make an appointment at the OTHER location. I only jump to racism after a pattern has been established and they make the cut. This last time, I was going to leave when she basically put me out but paused to watch two girls walk in and the same lady sat them down right away. She looked like a totally different person smiling and everything. I went back in to ask what they did have time for that day and she just kept saying we don't have time when pointing to my hands. I said that was fine and didn't need the fill. She just stared at me blinking. Then I slowly asked about a pedicure since she clearly wasn't going to offer one and she paused and then said in broken English" we don't have time because there was only one girl". Then I straight up ask about a pedicure and she gives me the same garbage about not having time. I ask when will you have time and she, again, tells me to make an appointment at the OTHER location. I ask if they only do pedicures at this location. Now she says akwardly, "Well yes..." and I finish her statement for her. "Make an appointment at the other shop". The other women in the shop clearly picked up on what was happening because it got spooky quiet in there. Not 2 minutes ago when I came in, you said you had no time and then 2 girls come in as walk ins and get seated. There were 4 techs there and two had no clients. I mega needed a pedicure but at this point I won't let anyone at this shop touch me with a 10ft pole. They won't offer a pedicure instead or to make an appointment with them for another time because they don't want me in their shop. I didn't WANT to feel like there was racism involved but then I saw reviews by THREE other women of color on here saying the same exact thing happening at this shop over the span of several months. I'll never go here again...not like I was able to get in the last two times either. I've only ever seen white people in this shop and now I know why. People that look like me are not welcome at this location.

I love visiting the shop, Rachel is my go to person. I'll be honest I'm not always able to make an advanced appointment, but she makes away for me each time. I've never had a bad experience, the other workers are equally as pleasant.

I called a day before asking to make an appointment to but I was rudely told to just walk in repeatedly. I come in the next day with a friend and they sat us down quickly luckily. But when both my friend and I sat down we were told we had to know the color and design right then which I have never seen anywhere else. I then try to explain to her the color and ONE design I asked and I had no issue explaining it to her multiple times but she then started to get frustrated with me so I just changed what I was originally getting to make it a little more simpler. She finally understood then moments after she said “you confused me” in a very rude way. I then just went along with it till she got to the design part. Many people started to walk in and ask for manicures and full sets. They kept telling everyone that they can just sit and wait. There were only two people working on nails so I’m not sure why they said yes to everyone. They then told a girl next to me(getting toes done) that she could come after me. Which doesn’t seem fair to the others. She had told the girl that she only had to wait 15 min. I was a bit confused because she was still really behind on the nails. She started rushing all my nails and didn’t fill them correctly. They are built super thin and weak in spots and I showed her the length I wanted but she made them way shorter as she went on with the nails. I showed her a photo of the design I wanted and since she rushed through the whole thing (legit less than 5 min) she was done. I looked at my nails and it looked nothing like the design I asked. In fact me and my friend both thought it was a pair of lips. Honestly gonna stick to my at home techs because they are so much cheaper (35-45 full set) and last weeks longer.
