I did not like how they kept calling us to see if we were going to make it to our appointment and saying if we don’t come in on time they will cancel our appointment. We still had 10 min left until our appointment started. I felt rushed

What a complete terrible experience this women are ONLY about money $125 for two awful pedicures they don’t rub you’re feet like barely touch them I hated it here withe every part of my being!!! Should be closed down!!

I've been going here since I moved to Merced 15 years ago. Everyone in there is great. They are like family! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

Although my nails look nice, the service was less than 2 stars. I’m used to being able to get my nails and toes done at the same time. I guess that’s not a service they provide. Only wanted a pedicure they talked me into nails. Then when it was time for my pedi I had to wait longer. I went to the cart ti get my water and charge my headphones. I was in the passenger seat of my car alone and they ran out telling me I must pay. I said I’m waiting for my pedicure. They said you just pay before you leave. At that point I paid for the nails and went to another shop.

My daughter and I were walk ins. We were immediately greeted by a cute lady at the front desk. We signed in and walked over to the table with the color swatches. Within 2-3 mins we were greeted by a nail tech who took us to our seats. I don’t get my nails done but every blue moon so I was a little nervous. Both our nail techs made us feel so comfortable. The atmosphere was so pleasant and comfortable. We really enjoyed our conversation with Jay and the young man. We’re so glad we picked this place and plan to come more often.

I went to get my acrylics removed as I have done previously where I was charged $15, the female and male manicurists who had done this for me removed my acrylics, trimmed my nails, as well as trimmed my cuticles and applied cuticle oil all while supplying excellent costumer service. Today I was charged $30 to have about twenty minutes of work done with minimal customer interaction or care (other than repeatedly asking if I was getting a manicure too). She did not trim my cuticles or apply cuticle oil and did not fully remove the acrylic material. I left the establishment with no materials having been used on me and untrimmed cuticles. I would wager less than 90% of working class people make $30 dollars an hour let alone $90 an hour. I feel that I was ripped off and outrageously over charged. The most basic nail service offered (generic nail polish) costs $30, where your nails are trimmed, buffed, cuticles trimmed and nail polish is applied I do not understand how I was charged the same price for a fraction of the work and time.

First of all, I wasn't even greeted with a hello, welcome or anything. Just do u have an appointment? Second, There was no pricing any where to be found, so it was just a surprise!!! last but not least I had my nails done Thursday afternoon and it's Saturday morning I just got to my vacation destination and my thumbnail is already peeling disappointed!!!! I guarantee if I call and tell them it will be my fault..

Decide to get face wax, I figure they would shape my eyebrows and remove all my hair face..They did horrible job paid $65 dollars went back to get fix. Still not happy, I had removed some hair trimmed and pluck my eyebrows.
