If i could give negative stars on this place I would. My beloved girlfriend went here to get her nails done just to try and test out another shop. That's closer to our house, but not only was she treated like shit, but they did an incredibly crappy job on her nails, using bad products as well as putting them on lopsided. And yeah, when she tried to ask them to do something special, they started cursing her out. In another language, not knowing that my girlfriend spoke the language and understood everything that they said. And when she tried to pay for the small amount of stuff that they did it, they had the audacity to try to ask for more money, it was such a horrible experience for my girlfriend who is a black woman, by the way. So they racially profiled her as well, but this experience was so bad for her. She actually called the cops on them for discrimination, and intentionally bad service. So if you value your money and your girlfriend's nails, do not come to this place

We made an appointment for 2 pedicures at 1:30 got seated right away but what was weird is that all of the employees were with customers. My wife was helped almost immediately however I had to wait almost an hour until they got started. This isn't the first time this has happened either. We thought maybe they accidentally overbooked time spots the last couple of times. But it seems like this is a trend for them. In the past the actual pedicure was good but I was rushed out after waiting almost an hour. After today we are definitely not coming back.

Payed 75 for this set and didn’t get no rhinestones after asking for a heart , she drew it on and the a’s different sizes , honestly won’t go back again.

The place and is nice, big and very clean. My issue is with the person who did my nails. She wasn't well experienced with nails. She could only do one shape. The nail polish she used on my nails was not gel polish and it scraped right off the next day on my one of my nails. My nails also had a bit of small tiny tiny air bubbles. I came in with a full set of acrylic nails and she did successfully remove them. I did not like the process she used though because she left the foil and acetone on for 30 minutes which is something I've never done in other nail salons. She also took her lunch break in the middle of that. I was too afraid to speak up for myself and I wish I would have just left right when I knew that was going to happen.

The front desk worker is very nice. I scheduled an appointment for 11 am the next day. I came early, and I waited 20 minutes before I realized that my appointment was actually not kept and I would probably have to wait another 40 minutes to be seen. I would recommend just walking in and hoping they are free, don't bother with the appointment.

zero stars. Hannah the worker is rude in a rush complaining about doing my nails because she has an appointment next. yells at me gives attitude and is not gentle with nails. changes prices while asking if she can cut my nail down shorter saying she won't unless i give her $15 more as if that's not her job to begin with. do not go here. if i could give zero stars i definitely would.
