If I could give them negative stars I would. I went to this repair shop through my insurance. This is how I got my vehicle back. They didn’t clip the inner fender well correctly. It snapped a day after I got my vehicle back. They couldn’t “clear” the codes on my dash, blamed it on a previous accident when I have pictures of my dashboard prior to the accident. Everything was done what seemed like in one day. They supposedly ordered 2 bumpers that didn’t fit and the one that’s currently on my vehicle looks just like my old one. As if bits and pieces were just painted over. My emblem is loose to the touch. The hood comes over the headlights as if they forgot to put a weather stripping in. My price went up by 1000$ from the original estimate and I was never told anything. I called and they acted as if I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about simply because I’m a female. This was the worst job ever done to my vehicle. I would definitely avoid it.

Gerber Collision and Glass, especially Kiefer were amazing. The work on my car was done at a timely and professional level. The car looks amazing and I couldn’t tell there was ever any damage to it. Kiefer went the extra mile to explain the process and warranty and what work was done to the car. He definitely made me feel at ease and I definitely felt he cared. I will recommend Gerber Collision and Glass in Merced to everyone, Thank you Kiefer for your service and your teams hard work. 😊🙏

Everyone was super helpful. I was sent updates for each stage of the repairs. The repairs were made in a timely manner and the vehicle looks new.

Took care of my collision through our insurance claim effectively and made it like it never happened. Also a few months after my car started making a rattling noise and they looked at it for free and fixed it as a courtesy to a former customer at no cost since it was just the muffler rubbing against a bent cross member from my wife hitting a animal or piece of wood or something that had bent it but not damaged the undercarriage. I would recommend them for your collision and glass repair needs and would highly recommend them if your insurance or the insurance that the claim is on uses them as an authorized repair shop.

I’m so happy to know that there is an awesome autobody shop in Merced. Bought a mustang from him and also a Ford pickup he promised to get back to me about the two seats for the mustang he said Monday don't know what week month year,am not happy the way he does businesses, didn't keep his words,so people go from there.

They do the job but I was not completely satisfied. They gave me the car back and the gas cap would not open and they had the nerve to say it was not them. The repais happened to be on the fender and the door - which the button to open sits on the door trim.They constantly try to upsell you unnecessary repairs too.Thanks for getting my project done though?

Very friendly, car looked great after. Would definitely recommend for auto body work. Also just a couple minute walk to/from Enterprise so if you need a rental it's a very convenient location.
