I had an amazing experience with SAS Appliances! Their service was super fast, professional, and easy to communicate, Specially Mr. Santiago!. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my appliance issue, and their pricing was very fair. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly. Rip off company, takes free appliances and does nothing to fix them, then sells them to people with a lame warranty. Avoid this place.

I have been here multiple times. Was charged 3x the price for a thermal fuse. Then they tried to overcharge me again....while asking for a fair price I was then ignored for another customer asking to purchase a washer. This place obviously doesn't care for return customers or anyone not buying a large ticket item. Definitely do not recommend this place.

I was charged $75 by this pathetic company, for doing, NOTHING. The refrigerator in our rental, was having an issue. Our property manager contacted SAS Appliance but they couldn't arrive for 3 or 4 hours, so I paid our handyman to fix a minor problem. I tried calling several times to cancel the service request but only got voice mails. The technician eventually arrived and was told the fridge was already fixed. I wound up being charged $75, for a technician ringing a doorbell. As the owner of a service type business, who just retired after 40 years, I can proudly say, I never stooped to this level of desperation. If I didn't actually provide a service, performed any work, nobody was charged!! In this economy, with everyone struggling, SAS Appliance decided charging $75 was more important than customer service.

The owner himself is rude and unprofessional! Not willing to work with paying customers. Only giving one star because I'm unable to give zero.

Santiago was a great guy. Fixed my washer quick. He was honest and showed me how to fix it in the future. Highly recommend SAS appliance.

I had the unfortunate opportunity for an employee of this company pull out in front of me on Whitmore Road, causing me to slam on my brakes and almost hit them. They then proceeded to drive below the speed limit and then turn left less than a mile down the road. I would never use a company to work on appliances if they hire people that don't even know how to drive.

Not good news to share about SAS Appliance. I had to rate one star to leave comment. Their troubleshooting skills are the worst. Charged me $200 to diagnose and repair. They changed parts that were working absolutely fine. Still the same issue. They refused to make it right. Tried to sell me a used appliance.Go elsewhere for appliance repair.

Worst business in town. The owner sold me an "authentic" Samsung part for my dryer, the next day it was burnt up, come to find out it was NOT authentic, and his own employee told us it wasn't a Samsung part. Went to get a refund or the actual part I paid for, and he argued with me, refused to give me credit and refused to give me the correct part BUT told me I could purchase another part. WHAT A JOKE!!!

I had a service call thru my property management on my fridge and Santiago was so helpful he explained that I may need a new fridge but he will try his best to fix it himself so it will not run me more. He called a few people and ended it up fixing and it has been working great ever since . Well months later my washer stopped working it was stuck on the rinse cycle . So I called the store and they came to look at it and explained it was a certain part and he told me a price which I was expecting it to be more so I was excited when he told he him price . We got it to work and then boom 7 days later same issue I was upset and irritated called them up and they were calm with me and explained they would send someone out immediately and fix the issue . They were so professional with me and fixed it for me . Thank you guys again .

Customer service was awful, the employee or owner whoever he was, had me waiting outside for about 15 mins because he was on a phone call, and never came out...another person showed up and actually asked me if they could help. Their parts are 2 to 3 times more expensive than online. Not recommended

A guy came out because I noticed the freezer wasnt freeziing he man handled my appliance broke the freezer door was here for 20 minutes 15 trying to put freezer door back in and told me nothing wrong with freezer and my seal on fridge was bad The fridge works perfect everything ice cold but my ice cream won't freeze because of seal on fridge makes no sense to me now I have to get a real professional to come fix what they broke as well as figure out why freezer not freezing please don't use them not professional at all
