I researched movers and quickly learned that you can't really compare quotes - for example: one major mover was a lot cheaper, but charged a fortune for insurance! And when you check the reviews on any of them, you'll find horror stories.I learned something else - the local agents on either end matter more than than the national brand. And most local agents have terrible reviews.Except for this one. You'll see many positive reviews that mention Abby - and they are all true. She was patient with my questions, very responsive, and gave me what I felt was honest and sound advice. So I decided to trust her.She and her crews were amazing. If you were to imagine the perfect move - it still wouldn't match my experience.The crews on both sides (loading and unloading) were amazing - fast, efficient and obviously careful with my property. The auto transport went perfectly. They beat the promised delivery times on both the car and my property - by days. There was nothing missing and no damage. I'm still in shock as to how everything went exactly or better than promised.Mind you, they aren't cheap. But they were worth every penny.”

“Susie and Andrew were so nice and welcoming. The front office is beautiful and they have everything you need to pack and store belongings safely, even locks! Susie was great with explaining everything to me and gave a nice tour of the facilities, helping with the keypad entry and exit. The facilities are spotless and the rental unit is very clean and well lit. Thank you!”

“This storage facility is gated. You can not gain entry without a code. Some unit are indoors which Ed are controlled by central air conditioning. It’s cool inside while you are visiting your unit. It has 2 floors i this area. Most are one level storage units. There is no public restroom, so use the restroom before coming here. My unit is a 20x10 all units have a sprinkler system already installed in case of fire. You must have insurance on your unit either one of your choice of insurance agents or theirs. Gates are open from 7-7 daily. If you are not out by 7 pm you will be charged an additional $25 charge for management to come open the gate for you. Staff ifvpretty friendly. And you have an eleven day grace period on the 12th your payment is considered late and a $10 charge is also added to your bill. Place is usually clean 9-10 times I don’t have to run into a heap of garbage some other tenant left behind.”

“The flood was a disaster. I lost almost so much almost 1/2 of my storage unit. Family pictures that can never be replaced. My Computer system and the speakers that are filled with water. 2 large suit caes filled with expensive office dress clothes soaked with all the way through with mildew forming. My favorite leather boots my sister gave me mildew forming. Box after Box soaked through with water damage. But the staff was so nice and understanding and went out of their way to help where they could. I have always had a positve experience with the Staff at Merced Mini Storage. I have been a customer for just under 3 years and should I ever need to store anything again I know exactly where I will go back to, Merced Mini Storage. Thank you.”

“We had to relocate with our job and searched all over Cali and Nevada trying to find a truck and penkse came to the rescue! Such a huge lifesaver. Not only did they have a truck, they guaranteed us our truck, gave us fantastic rates, had unlimited miles and we had a whole week to use the truck for our cross country move. Everyone we had talked to with the company was wonderful and helpful. The whole situation was just a life saver and blew the other companies out of the water. The trucks are very high riding, but all in all 100/100”

“Its a great place. Cheaper than some others. But all storages are a bit much on price. It really isn't necessarily to be so money hungry to charge so much. If i owned a storage, none would be over $100. $50 is a decent price for those 20ft containers”

“I have already been treated by other people in this unit, who were super attentive. I was a little uncomfortable with the last guy who served me, as he was super relaxed in his chair, with no apparent desire to serve the customer. He was wearing a glove that made it difficult and took too long to handle his cell phone as he needed to take photos of his ID (for example) and finally, I had doubts about the final value displayed on the computer screen and he did not demonstrate the knowledge to answer my question. Overall, I really like this unit and will continue using the services. I will even have 2 reservations for March. See you soon.”
